Very unprofessional no one wanted help especially the manager. The store was not busy and I still could not pick up and order that was placed online. If you want customer service your best bet is to order online but do not go to the samsung store especially the one in Roosevelt Field Mall.

On 10/19/24 i came to pick up the phone i bought online. When i got my order i asked them to set up my new phone and transfer the information from my old one. They told me they can't, they don't know how to do that and the person who can help is not available. Then they asked me what mobile company i have (the phone was unlocked) and send me to that store. Then i bought cover for my tab but chenged my mind and return it. Today i saw on my account they processed the purchase but never processed returne. I call them and avter being on hold 45 min was told that I should come back to the store to find out what what happened. The store located 3 hours away from me.Many years i use Sumsung product and neve had such a poor service. I don't recomend this store. Wasting time and money.

Moises was excellent. We arrived a few minutes early and waited for the store to open. We were greated pleasantly and courteously. Moises checked us in, advised us it would be about 20 to 30 minutes before customer service was with us and then checked in with us a few times while we waited. The entire experience was pleasant and it has everything to do with the staff. Good job to the management for putting people into roles like this and great job on training. I hope other large companies would take note and follow suit

If I could rate lower I would! I dealt with Fred and he is a waste of time. Now, I am spending more money traveling to the store than the products itself. I am disabled and it's $80 round trip....and customer support/tech is the worst

Store experience was great, i purchase S24+. But unfortunately they charged twice for the transaction and trying to reach customer service for past 87 min+ still on hold without any response ?

Went here for the first time last week. The staff there was very professional , educated on their products and repair, and very understanding of my situation. Will buy my next phone from this particular store!
