Rumi Life is chock full of adorable accessories and toys! It’s a Kawaii Mecca! My family loves coming here. Each of us always leaves with something because of the great selection and low prices. Their stationary section is my favorite. They have so many adorable pens!!

I want to express my profound dissatisfaction with this store. My simple request for separate bags for individual gifts (which I stated I would pay for), a basic courtesy one would expect, was flatly denied. This inflexibility not only displayed a complete disregard for customer needs but also tarnished the entire shopping experience. The staff's unwillingness to accommodate such a minor yet crucial request is a glaring testament to their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. It's beyond belief that a store in this day and age would be so unyielding and indifferent to what is essentially a common courtesy. This experience has left me with no choice but to advise others to steer clear of this establishment if they refuse to value customer service and basic shopping conveniences.

Don’t waste your time even going in the store. U will be more happy buying off temu from the comfort of your home. They follow u to make sure ur not stealing but when u ask for help there’s no answers. Bought something that was damaged and they wouldn’t exchange for Same item not damaged.… waste of time and $$

No mention about the over price of this store, the "No return, No exchange" policy is really unreasonable. Lot of price tags are not clear which may mislead you and they tag wrong price, too. Don't pay before further check your item price from their cashier screen first, think again and again. Once you paid and receipt printed out, "No return, No exchange". Won't come back to this store again, it's really not worth to pay something over price with this kind of service.

Cute products. Poor customer service.Was followed around the entire store. They literally stood and watched me (only me even though there were other people in the aisles). If I picked up an item to inquire about it, they’d stand over my shoulder. If I attempted to speak to them, they stared at me and walked away … only to come back to stare at me again. I was considering buying items until this uncomfortable encounter. The person I was with bought one thing, but I don’t intend to come back.
