Always great customer service by Erick. He''s very knowledgeable and helpful . I love that I don't have to spend hours in the store whenever I visit. I just tell him what I want and the budget I'm working with and he shows me all my choices. And hes very patient too. I always have a good experience at this store.

Easiest shopping experience in a long time. The sales team was respectful and not pushy, but extremely helpful when we needed assistance. The process of checking out was quick and easy. Highly recommend this store!

The Garden City showroom is expansive. Superb contemporary selection. The Consultants are attentive, with positive team dynamics in evidence.
For this round of purchase, we were very ably, and technically, assisted by Jing Li & Leslie Falchook. 'Technically' because approach to, and placement measurements for this filler purchase, had space limitations.
One star docked because any discounts are notional. That (& maybe more) gets added back as delivery charges. What's more, they don't remove replaced furnishing. Costco is the Best in this sphere! Might explore that option next time.
Rating review will be undertaken after recliner is delivered.
