I am so happy with how my hair turned out!! I felt like I was fully listened to and given such good advice based on what I was looking for. I got a full blonde balayage and was made to look like a model in the after pictures! Everyone was so nice and offered me coffee and water while I was there. In addition I was able to charge my phone. I can't wait to come back!

Christina is absolutely fabulous! She has taken 10 years off my appearance. Her skin care and facials are miraculous. I have never been able to achieve this before. I highly recommend to use her services. And if you have an event, Christina is your makeup artist. I cannot say enough how happy I am with her.

I cannot express how much I love this salon. The team is the most sweetest and most professional I’ve seen. I travel 3.5 hours just to get my hair done here. They have so much respect for every client. As a hijabi they made sure I was taken care of if they had a male come in for service.My hair fairy Rudi is best of the best. Shes amazing in hair cuts, color you name it. She makes sure you leave happy no matter how much effort it takes to get the color you want. Definitely a 5 star salon in the area. I started going to r&m beautique after the pandemic. I came with basically orange hair trying to color my hair blonde myself. I met with Gia and being the true hair artist that she is, gave me the absolute best hair color and cut that I have ever had in my long life. On top of that she is the nicest person and so thoughtful that I truly look forward to all my visits! As a matter of fact everyone there is so nice. One more thing...the place is spotless. I love that too. Thank you Gia.

I had Marjela cut my hair for the first time and she did a lovely job! She has a lot of pictures of her incredible color but if you want those pretty curtain bangs and layers....she did an AMAZING. She asks questions to make sure you get what you want:)

Every person that works here is amazing. From hair to make up to facials . Marjela does my hair, she's always in time . My hair always comes out amazing. She always recommended good shampoo, conditioner and styling products.I also got a facial with there salon esthetician Kristina ! She was amazing , my skin feels and looks amazing. I saw Marjela for the first time as a new client in 2018. After struggling to find a new colorist and stylist it was as if R&M found me. I could not have been more impressed by the service provided. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating from start to finish... Marjela is wise beyond her years and incredibly talented. I’m so happy I found her and this salon. I did a lot of searching on Yelp for a new salon that had great reviews, not only for the quality of its work but also for its customer service. R&M Hair Beautique fits the bill, in all respects. I had an appointment yesterday and from the moment I walked into the salon, I was immediately impressed with its beautifully-appointed, classy and ultra-clean atmosphere and friendly staff. Mariella greeted me and introduced me to Rudi, my stylist. Rudi did her very best to understand what I wanted in the way of color and cut and delivered in all respects. She is professional, friendly, and above all - she knows hair! My color turned out perfectly and my hair is shiny and in great condition. Rudi corrected an otherwise poor haircut and gave me pointers on how to keep my hair fresh and styled until my next appointment. Kudos to Rudi and her entire R&M staff for making me, their newest client who has already booked my next appointment, feel appreciated and totally satisfied.

My hair has undergone so many amazing transformations at R&M. Even though I have moved further away from the area, I still travel to New Hyde Park to have Marjela perform her magic on my hair. I'm always so blown away at her balayage and hair cut. I LOVE LOVE LOVE her and her talents. Plus, I love that this is a family run business with Marjela's beautiful family.. mom and sister. Christina has done my makeup a few times and she makes me look and feel so pretty. The women at the salon are so nice and friendly. They keep their salon fun and clean. I look forward to my appointments. In addition, Marjela has helped me with hair advice on keeping my hair healthy and how to style it with various products. I'm always getting compliments on my hair.
