Checked in at 11:15 am for an 11:30 am appt. I got seated in the back waiting room right away. Then I waited until 11:30 for my appointment. Can't really complain bc I was seen at my appointment time. Place was a little run down looking. A can of paint might do it some good. Easy parking in the back.

This place is so disgusting and so poorly run. You'll wait for an hour regardless of whether you have an appointment or not, while walk-ins that came in after you get called first. It's basically like the DMV if the DMV smelled like old people and stool samples.

This is a good location. Quick, and attentive staff. They stuck to the social distancing pretty well. its a good location, but the ONE in Merrick is far better. Too bad it is closed.
