I stopped by Primark and honestly, it continues to be one of those stores that delivers exactly what it promises — affordable fashion with huge variety.
First off, the selection is massive. Whether you’re shopping for everyday basics, seasonal pieces, loungewear, kids’ clothes, pajamas, accessories, or even home items, there’s something for everyone. You can easily walk in for “one thing” and leave with a full bag. The prices are genuinely hard to beat, especially for basics like t-shirts, hoodies, socks, underwear, and casual wear.
What I really appreciate is how on-trend many of the pieces are. You’ll see styles inspired by current fashion trends without paying designer or even mid-range retail prices. For families, this place is a win — kids grow fast, and Primark makes it easy to refresh wardrobes without guilt.
The store layout can feel overwhelming at times because of how much merchandise there is, but overall it’s organized well enough to navigate. Some sections can get messy later in the day, which is expected in a busy store, but staff seem to be constantly restocking and tidying up.
Quality-wise, you generally get what you pay for — and that’s not a bad thing. Some items hold up surprisingly well, especially basics and loungewear, while trend pieces are clearly meant for lighter or shorter-term use. If you shop smart and check stitching and fabric, you can find really good-value items.
Checkout lines can get long during peak hours, but they usually move fairly quickly thanks to multiple registers being open. Staff interactions were efficient and polite, even during busy moments.
Overall, Primark is perfect if you’re looking for affordable, stylish, practical clothing without overthinking it. It’s not luxury shopping, but it doesn’t try to be — and that’s exactly why it works so well. I’ll definitely keep coming back, especially for basics, seasonal refreshes, and family shopping.
Would recommend if you want value, variety, and trend-friendly fashion all in one place.

I bought these cute pajamas and they were packaged and folded, but when I opened them the shorts had a hole :( Had to return.

Love this store but hate the workers. All rude and encouraged by management, laughed at me like mean school girls and told me to make sure I don’t loose this receipt since I came in for an exchange without a receipt that I threw out. The transaction was 2 days prior and I only got the wrong size because the hanger was marked the wrong size. Denied my return then laughed at me as I walked away. Will not be back ever

I tried to exchange a jacket since it was the wrong size and it was not used. I had thrown out the receipt and thought I could just show them the transaction in my credit card. The cashier called the manager and the manager told me I can go up and find the right size then come back. When I returned the manager said I couldn’t do the exchange. I spent a lot of time looking for the right size only for the manager to say the I couldn’t exchange without the receipt.

Went in to make a exchange didn’t have my receipt but I have my credit card receipt of purchase and they would not do the exchange. It’s very disappointing and time consuming. It’s not a return it’s a exchange and the other item cost more.
You would think instead of losing the sale you would do the exchange. Item was never worn the size was wrong.

Customer service is horrible and the product is the cheapest one time use only. Very rude employee culture coming from their management. Always watching you like you are going to steal product. Very uncomfortable. I would give zero stars.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior at Primark – Roosevelt Field Mall.
My wife was racially profiled by a short, skinny Hispanic male cashier after she purchased $30 worth of clothing. He falsely accused her of stealing a $1 bag — a bag she did scan and pay for, but was not given a receipt.
Instead of handling the situation respectfully, the cashier was rude, dismissive, and confrontational. When my wife asked them to check the cameras, he continued wasting her time and treating her with suspicion. Only after the manager reviewed the footage did it become clear: my wife paid for everything, including the bag.
This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it was racial profiling. And it wasn’t the first time. On a previous visit with her sister, after spending over $500, they were forced to rescan every single item without explanation.
This pattern is disgusting, humiliating, and discriminatory. I will never shop at any Primark again and will be telling everyone I know to do the same. Shame on this location for allowing this behavior to continue

I've bought several dresses, pants, blouses and pocketbook. There are alot of variety in the store for children, men and women. I've found the quality is very good and the prices are excellent compared to other stores. The staff are excellent. They asked how is your day and please come again. The store is very clean.

Beware of this store's 28 day return policy. The manager refused to allow a 2 day courtesy eventhough I was unaware it wasn't 30 days and I was even making an exchange and the return date happened to fall on a holiday.

Rude teeneger cashier, I wanted to see if they have more shirts and he gave me an attitude for asking like thats your job. Also what in the world is going on with that store more than 5 people kept asking me for a receipt which was a bit annoying. It felt like a jail

During my visit, I purchased several items at the self-checkout. A team member approached me regarding a new policy about your reusable bags. I was informed that a sticker would be wrapped around the handle of my bag to show that I had paid for it. After leaving the store, I removed the sticker as it was inconvenient to carry around the mall. However, when I re-entered the store to exit to the parking lot, I was stopped by a security guard who asked for the receipt for my bag.
This situation was not only inconvenient but also felt quite inconsiderate. After spending approximately $220 on clothing, it was disheartening to be questioned over a bag that is priced less than 2.00. The policy seems flawed. If I would have brought in a bag from a previous purchase (hence reusable bag), I wonder how the store would verify that’s it’s my bag versus a new one.
I strongly urge your management to reconsider how this policy is implemented. Perhaps placing reusable bags behind the counter or at the self-checkout area, where an associate can handle the distribution, would be more effective and respectful to customers.

I just had the worst experience at this store. I tried to return a pair of pants (with the tag on it), and because the receipt was expired (for 2 days!), they didn’t allow me.
And the worst part is: the manager and the cashier were rude and clearly didn’t care at all about the customer experience. Just kept saying “I’m sorry, it’s the policy”. Very disappointing that a store like Primark treats their customers like this.

Being from the uk I have to say how much I miss this store. I’m so happy they are finally opening all over America. They definitely have the cheapest most variety of clothes you’ll ever find. Ok ok the clothing isn’t the same quality as something you would spend $$$ on, Howe that being said it still looks great at a fraction of the cost.
