I've mixed emotions about this haunt-- but there are some good points... like the prices! Yet... you for get what you pay for. I purchased a Grinch sweatshirt for a beloved friend💚 However, I had to warn her about the fit because it seemed off😳
Listen... we have a saying in my community that goes something like this: "everything ain't for everybody" (this version eliminates the actual vernacular)-- however, if it's for you... Bravo👏

As I was shopping with my family this evening, I personally witnessed 2 female managers on the 2nd floor children's section literally belittled the staff of young people. From the baby and toddler section all the way to the dressing rooms. Managers must take into consideration how impressionable their role is especially to young people. 1 of the managers were lecturing the young workers in the stock room about optics and what perception however she was totally oblivious to the setting she made by yelling at the young staff to "get out". Maybe if they were given tasks and goals to achieve in supportive manner, their way of properly supervising would not require yelling in anger and having a staff that doesn't appreciate your presence in a work environment. Tis the season! Everyday All Day. Remember if they walk out on you, you're stuck doing the job!

Was excited to see this store come to ny. They have great clothing for anyone. We shop a lot for our 2 year old and they have plenty of character clothing for great prices.
Glad these store are popping up more often in more places.

Very rude manager that works Sunday night shift along with very young rude teenage cashier.. I made a purchase Saturday 11/16 and I did not realize there was a manufacturing issue with my item. I came back the next day to exchange my pants but I did not have a receipt. The manager literally approached me so rudely, very nasty attitude and said we can't help you then walked away. I tried to explain to the cashier that I had my ID and bank card for exchange only for the teenage cashier to roll her eyes and still proceed to say we don't accept/nor store any information in their system. Since there was nothing I can do and after being treated so poorly, the cashier asked if I wanted to keep the deformed pants...? Like seriously why would I... I checked primark return/exchange policy and on the website it does say exchange can happen without receipt, I'm just not sure if it's only this location.

This is humble request to Management, kindly deploy mature staff at cash counters. Or train them how to welcome and deal with customers. The teenagers gonna screwup your goodwill in future. Thanks

Store itself is clean with very nice and reasonable clothing but the management is terrible. I went in today to exchange my coat for the one on the mannequin and two employees told me I might not be able to do it because only managers can take stuff from mannequins. Also, I was told If anything the manager will take my name so I can come back for it. One of the employees comes back and told me "no" and how the managers aren't here. I asked if I can leave my name and the other employees said that the managers are only here very early and I'll have to come early. I decided to go ahead and return the jacket and I saw a manager telling one of the employees at the register what to type in. There was a manager there and she looked very mean. She probably told the employees to tell me there's no manager there. So unprofessional

Yesterday I had a bad experience in this store, be very careful, I don't know if it's theft from other customers or employees, I went to pay at the do-it-yourself checkout, I had several products, I paid and left. When I got home I realized that the first item on the bill for $23 was not mine. So take a good look at the products in terms of values and quantity.

The manager of the Roosevelt Field Mall and the sales person were the rudest and argumentative when I just asked for an even exchange and never wore the dress and wanted to return it with the tags in tact . I have never experienced such rudeness in my life and because of how I was treated will never shop there again.

Very organized and the employees are nice. The prices are also very reasonable. I don't know about the kids and men floor upstairs because I stayed downstairs in the women's department.
