Terrible Experience. I tried to apply for the Refi. Bryant held my application for 4 months; when they presented a final offer, I refused it because it was not what we initially discussed and online there was a better offer published; then without my consent or warning they ran another credit inquiry into my account lowering my credit score, which I believe was done in retaliation. Horrible experience.

I was pre approved for a investment mortgage by Bryant. I made an offer for a property and it was accepted by the seller. I made several attempts to contact Bryant via telephone calls and texts and received no response. This guy is scum. Be careful who you get into business with.
