My waitress was excellent her name was Patty this was my second visit and I requested Patty because she provides excellent customer service and treat you like a family member the food is very good I was very surprised of the quality of the food being that it's in a restaurant store I recommend it to anybody

My visit to Nordstrom Grill at Roosevelt Field was a delight from start to finish, with standout service and a menu that satisfied everyone at our table. Juanito was particularly attentive, anticipating our needs and ensuring our dining experience was exceptional—exactly the level of service one hopes for at Nordstrom. The Brussels sprouts were a true revelation; the combination of sweet honey, the crunch of peanuts, and a kick of hot chilies created a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that I highly recommend. The children's menu also impressed with its variety, although my kids tend to gravitate towards the comforting simplicity of the buttered pasta. Whether you're dining with family or friends, make sure to ask for Juanito and try the Brussels sprouts—you'll thank me later!

My husband, my one year old son, and I always come here! It's always something special or on a whim. We love the fact we can dine here and have an experience with little to no issues. We love having Juanito as our server! He's kind, professional, friendly and always makes the best drinks. He has really shown his personality with us and we sincerely appreciate that! To my embarrassment , my one year old knocked his food off the table and Juanito understood! As a new mom, things like that have us feeling so apologetic!! But I am appreciative that he was not annoyed and he also shared his experiences. He is always making us feel welcomed and I am so happy to write this review to praise him and his work ethic. Thanks to Nordstrom for hiring a wonderful individual such as Juanito. 5 stars for food, ambiance and of course... the amazing service— always! The staff at the Grill should be very proud and happy to know they have represented themselves so well. I love sharing this recommendation to people. Thanks again and thank you so much to Juanito! Overall poor experience using the Nordstrom Alterations team for an Indochino suit purchased at the store there. Not only did it take the team 3 times to get my suit and shirts right, when I went to pick up and noticed it was still not done properly, I was quickly dismissed by the tailor called in. Fortunately, alterations were free for Indochino, but would not recommend if you're paying.

Service was very good. I had the shrimp tacos, which had a tiny amount of overcooked shrimp and the tortillas tasted like cardboard. The server did her best to accommodate by bringing out hard shells, which were worse. Lettuce in Caesar salad had brown spots. Ambiance was comparable to a holiday Inn breakfast buffet. One and done. Won't be back.

I received a friendly greeting upon arrival and received stellar service from Kenyatta throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the warm bread with olive oil, Ceasar Salad, Fish, and chips, and delicious bread pudding.

I enjoy Nordstrom Grille every time I go. The service is great. The food is great. It's rarely crowded. Their bread and tapenade I thoroughly enjoy each time I'm there. I've never had a bad meal there.

I chose the restaurant at Nordstrom's because I had previously dined at Nordstrom's in Florida. The ambiance of this restaurant left much to be desired, including paper tablecloths. The feel of the restaurant was of a very COLD room. I doubt that I would return.. Faith Zubasky

It is a department store has a decent selection of merchandise if there is a Bloomingdale's nearby I suggest you shop Bloomingdale's Nordstrom only if you're not satisfied with what you find at Bloomingdale's. you will find a much better selection at Bloomingdale's

It is like any major department store good selection of goods you get a broader selection that a place like Bloomingdale's but there's nothing wrong with shopping here

My sister and I went there after shopping and it was such a nice, clean happy place. we both had burgers and they were AWESOME! so was Dan, our waiter, great guy, friendly helpful he made our meal great!!! would want dan if we came back

My party of three each ordered "Strawberry Almond Chicken Salad" with dressing on the side. We asked for matzah in lieu of bread. We were told they had no matzah. I find this very upsetting since it is the period where people of the Jewish persuasion eat matzah instead of bread. Most restaurants in the New York area will have matzah on hand during this period! When the salads arrived they had dressing on them. The server apologized and took them back. Upon looking at the salads, the three of us realized there were NO almonds and one strawberry!We called for the manager. She apologized. She said that they were roasting the almonds and gave us a little dish of raw almonds and another small dish of strawberries. The salad we received was NOT the salad described on the menu.
