Came here to return something and had helpful staff, who while sometimes had their instructions crossed, were helpful and kind in the end. You have a large store with various departments to find clothing you need and helpful staff helping you. While there is ample parking, it does get busy as part of the bigger Roosevelt field mall, which can be frustrating but you will find a spot here. Not bad to go if you want personal attention beyond what a website can give you.

The service here is great. They really did help my family members pick out a great dress and what accommodates to their style. Latoya Gordon provided great customer service for my mother and she was satisfied with her purchase on the dress. She was able to help her communicate in the Spanish language and offered great suggestions. She will definitely make your shopping experience worthwhile. Thank You Department manager Shelli Acevedo for providing good services at the women’s best dress department. Highly recommended.
