SABAH at Modani, Garden City is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
I walked into the Showroom to be greeted with a Warm, Friendly Welcome! Sabah walked me around and knowledgable answered all my questions. She throughly explained the Protection Policy as well as the Delivery Service. While completing my purchase, Sabah gave me a wide range of Delivery dates to choose from that would best fit my schedule.
My whole experience from start to completion was a GREAT EXPERIANCE!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MODANI, Garden City! Beautiful Furniture and a BEAUTIFUL TEAM LED BY SABAH! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The extended motorized table and chairs look spectacular. My wife love it. It was ez to assemble and definitely I gotta thank Sabah Nuri for her advice on color.

Had a negative experience with sales associate Henry. When asked simple questions about construction and materials, he got extremely defensive and emotional. This response leads us to question the materials used—he wouldn’t have gotten so defensive unless there were some issue with material or build quality. Will not purchase the furniture here because of this abnormal and offputting experience. Furniture is a large investment, and there is no reason to buy from anyone with a nasty attitude when asked simple questions.

Furniture styles and pricing excellent. Deiivery as promissed. But of most commendable is Gary in customer service. He handled delivery issues like family, and everything he said happened. Thanks.

Got a delivery today, most pieces were perfect, 1 was damaged. Delivery guys were great! I called Gary at customer service who was very helpful and put in for a replacement order immediately.

Highly satisfied customer
I would like to personally thank Betsy and Sabah
for the outstanding service they provided to us. They went far and beyond to tend for everything we needed and ensuring we were satisfied. When i say satisfied i mean highly satisfied.
The store has a welcoming vibe and the products are very well made and the design is modern.
I definitely recommend Modani of Garden city and i will be a returning customer.

I ordered a side board, two living room arm chairs, dining table and 6 chairs that all coordinated. The first time the furniture came the dining chairs were cream instead of white and all of the furniture was damaged. It took two deliveries for the dining room table to be acceptable and I returned the six chairs. The sideboard was delivered again and it was again damaged with scratches and a big dent in the drawer. They again offered to exchange the side board and would send it again when the arm chairs were back in stock. The sideboard came the third time and it was damaged with a big scratch. I was told I either had to take a 20% cash refund, 40% store credit or return it for a full refund. Unfortunately I do not want to return it since it was bought to coordinate with the rest of the furniture in an open space floor plan. There is nothing else I want to purchase from the store and now I am stuck with a damaged piece of furniture because they will not exchange more than 3 times. I am sorry if you are selling furniture, you need to make sure the furniture is not damaged. I will never shop in this store again!

I had the experience of visiting a varierty of furniture stores locally; however, there isn't another store available offering more of a contemporary design as Modani! Modani furniture brings families and friends together for traditional meals at the table, while also enjoying classical designs of furniture which is more modern. The quality is superb and I highly recommend the furniture store of Modani!

I got my new sofa it’s beautiful. It came with couple of stains and a little scratch. I called immediately to customer service line, thank God I got Jenece. She was very helpful and polite. She had a really good attitude. she helped me resolve my situation. Best customer service ever. Thanks modani and thank you JENECE
