If they tell you that their computer system is down do not believe them. They do not take returns because it affects their “numbers.” Report them to Customer Service and your job will get done.

The people in this store think who they are! They don't know how to talk to people. They also are penny wise dollar foolish. The Customer service is dog Sh*t. The Customer Service min number is useless they like charge your card and send the item when it suits them go to Coach they are awesome.

This store deserves zero stars. The quality of the products is sooo poor and cheap. The staff is stupid. I asked a question about a shoe and she did not even know the most simple of answers. They walk around with iPads for every little thing they have to look at the website. They walk like they own the store. Underpaid staff only makes money on commission so they will try to sell you a $500 piece of canvas (not leather) junk.Compare this to the Coach store next door. More professional educated well mannered staff, up to date products. I noticed how empty Michael Kors was and how full Coach was.Overall everything about the store is poor. CHEAP YUCK!

Returned an item we bought online due to damages on the product (scratched metal handles, bent turn lock key), which we reordered online already as well since we saw before hand that the item is not available in this location. We figured we could just return in store since it's faster to get the refund, especially since we're traveling over the holidays soon. Upon entering the store, we were basically stared at by the staff for a few seconds, who went back to their conversation right after, completely ignoring us. When we reached the cashier, one of them finally decided to check on us. When we told the sales associate why we are returning the item, he said he fixed it by bending it back. We still returned it because it still had scratches and obviously if the turnlock key is easily bendable, we are not keeping that. Meanwhile, enter another group, they immediately greeted them in chorus and went to work mode. Idk what it is, but never have we felt more disrespected at a store, especially when it's just Michael Kors.

Bought a pair of sneaker worth 245$ Which I figured out after that not my actual size & wanted to exchange with the right size. When I went to the store they denied coz apparently it’s not enough shiny according to them, now tell me why did I even purchased that from the display? I really liked it so i didn’t hesitate to buy from the display. Now that I went back because the size wasn’t right they weren’t helpful at all. This brand should have had well mannered as their reputation. Been a regular customer but say no more

Store closed earlier than their listed schedule (hours listed on MK website) without any sign or notice — time, tolls and gas wasted. I drove 2 hours from New Jersey to pick up a special gift for my gf and they totally ruined the day for me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
