Let me just say the new phone system we purchased for our restaurant has been nothing short of a life saver. Specifically Metrotels technicians were very helpful with the setup of our equipment and even stayed extended hours to train our staff.I very highly recommend this company to all business owners.

Just want to take a quick moment to thank this team/company, and my rep Chris. Metrotel helped our company transition to our VOIP business phone system at all of our locations seamlessly; our port and programming went smoothly after so much confusion from our old vendor. Chris organized all of our data company wide and setup standardized auto attendants at our offices to make sure everyone who needed to get specified calls received them on their desk phones and cell phone applications. Our last telecom company left us in the dark causing us to miss tons of patient calls that were important to our business. After two weeks we have seen huge improvements in customer interactions with our front desk staff, now having the plain ability to source calls more efficiently. As director this has made my job and the jobs of our staff easier with this technology transition. We were very hesitant with such a big move but the Metrotel Networks technicians / support staff helped our employees with training very patiently. They even came back multiple times to train off schedule staff. Thank you from all of us and I would never hesitate to recommend this company.

Two of the things I appreciate most from the people I hire to do work in or repairs around my office is straight talk and honesty. Showing up on time also help. Shady business tactics. Robert Schlosser reached out claiming to be calling from avaya which was the first red flag. He also claimed my leased equipment needed to be returned at the end of my lease, second red flag. My agreement clearly states I can purchase my system at the end of my lease at fair market value. Not to mention he is not my original avaya vendor, THIRD RED FLAG. Buyers please be careful, this place is a scam.

The reviews stating “red flags” and “buyer beware” are completely false. This is one of the most reliable companies I’ve ever used. The installation was perfect, quick, and easy. Highly recommend this phone system.

Recently upgraded to our first phone system. Derek’s team was able to redo 20year old wiring and help connect all of my sites to one network. The Avaya’s voicemail to email is clutch !

We just got our AVAYA phone system installed by the folks at Metrotel Networks. Our staff and I are very happy with how tentative they were to our need and how reliable they have been the last few weeks with service calls and training.
