It is always a pleasure to shop instore! The client advisors are so warm, helpful and knowledgeable about bags and other pieces. Erin was so helpful in picking the right gift for my mom and always go above and beyond. She personally giftwrapped it for me! Erin is very genuine and sweet and keeps me updated on new collections in season.

Very unfortunate situation happened to me. I purchased a pair of sandals $275 and went on vacation for more then 1 month. I used them a few times and the border started peeling. I went back to MCM store at the mall and all that could be done was a REPAIR not a REPLACEMENT!!! And they will repair them for up to 1 year after that if they fall apart NOTHING CAN BE DONE. The employees at this store was terribly disrespectful and was assuming and accusing me of wearing them daily and they started peeling because of daily usage. I shop MCM all the time and have many items from this brand but will not buy from this store ever again.

I had a problem with a belt that I bought 2 years ago and the customer service was fantastic from Danielle and Brooke. I highly recommend their leather products over Gucci or LV

I purchased a backpack for my son for Christmas it was not exactly what my son wanted never been used not even a month yet and I sent my sons to exchange lady told them no I’m not well I can’t go to the store my self all we wanted to exchange the bag she then took the receipt from my boys and gave them back the bag told them it was used
