My wife was impressed with the quality of the clothing at this store in Roosevelt Field and even more so with the excellent customer service -- Javi was so helpful and personable.

Eh. Ally was very sweet over the phone, but the customer service was just one shade off unpleasant in person. One employee in particular tried to give me a hard time for exchanging my jeans. Have had much better experiences at the Manhattan store locations.
