I went to the RF mall Store yesterday. There were 2 associates in the store. It was about 7:00pm, nowhere near closing. One was checking out a client . Then there was only me in the store. I said Hi (again ) in case they forgot I was there. my bday is this week and I really want a complete overhaul of my makeup. They both completely ignored me, I continued to help myself. I said Hi again I can really use some help. Both ignored me and then went to the back . They left the front of the store unmanned. I was the only person in the store. Hello, anyone home ? Ignored. One person came out to the floor and just did whatever- walking around and ignoring me. It was as if I was a ghost ! Incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE !
They obviously had no intention of helping me. What the heck is that ???
Lazy or just plain RUDE ?? I must have waited around 10 minutes. Honestly, I could have walked out with half the store and they couldn’t care less. What’s happened to work ethic.

One of my most memorable experiences with MAC makeup was when Sabine was my makeup artist. Sabine had an incredible ability to understand exactly what I wanted, even when I had a hard time articulating it. She took the time to ask about my preferences, the occasion, and how I wanted to feel. The result was flawless—a look that was both bold and elegant, enhancing my features without feeling overdone. Her expertise with MAC products was evident in how she blended everything seamlessly, giving me a radiant finish that lasted all day. Sabine's professionalism and creativity made the experience unforgettable.

Amazing experience every time! Victoria helps me each time as she is hands down the best MAC artist to ever help me. She knows all of the products and colors inside out! I shop here often and each time Victoria either knows exactly what I want or has the perfect suggestion. She is knowledgeable, talented, courteous and friendly. I’m already planning a trip back to the store to shop with Victoria this week! Couldn’t recommend her and this location more.

This location is one of my favorites , I found the sweetest staff at this location, much different than any other I have visited. The other day I brought some friends along with me and Victoria helped me find the perfect foundation match with one try , If your planning a visit I would recommend asking for her !

I have visited this store many times and every time without fail Victoria has given me everything I needed and more. She helped me pick out a lip combo that I have recommended to many of my friends and family!! If you are stopping by i recommend to ask for Victorias help!! xx

I’ve been to this location multiple times and always have an amazing experience. The entire team is welcoming but Victoria in particular goes out of her way to provide a personalized experience. She is always the first to show me new arrivals based on my previous selections, helps me find my color match no matter the item. She also offers samples when possible of product to ensure items won’t bother my super sensitive skin. I will continue shopping with this incredible team, especially Victoria!!

I had "Ashley P" ring me up and asked for my email, not sure if it was for a virtual receipt, rewards, or what - she did not disclose. When I saw my email she tried to type up three times on the small screen, she still misspelled my email and tried to change the screen so I wouldn't see. I told her that it was still misspelled and she changed the subject and told me to pay which was odd. I purchased the MAC collaboration with Gabbriette. I drove an hour out, just to arrive home with 2/3 of the products in the bag. A complete mess! I wish the employee would check the bag to make sure everything's inside before checking out.

I was here yesterday & had a big list of cosmetics for gifting. Store employee Shirly helped me with everything. She was very patient & did not think that any of my question was ‘stupid’ as I am not a pro in makeup. Didn’t even know the names of the products or what are they used for. She helped me find suitable shades for my skin tone. Today when I called & asked for Shirly to check something from yesterday but she wasn't there. The other employee on the phone was very respectful & she addressed my queries politely.

The customer service is horrible. The white woman working here was rude and not helpful at all. I went today Monday, May 2 at 1pm and I didn’t see her name but she was mean and had an attitude for a simple question I asked.

Visited MAC to find some lipsticks that I intended to give to a couple of teachers that I coach who are always commenting on my lip color choices. Even though Christmas was only a week away, the store wasn't busy and so it was the ideal time for Sam ( the lovely associate who helped me) and I to be intentional about the items I was choosing.I expressed the purpose of the purchase and gave her some insight into each of the recipients and shared how I wanted to choose shades with names that matched their temperaments or roles. For an one educator whose son is both autistic and has Down syndrome we chose Heroine - a beautiful shade of purple, her favorite color. For another whose tech obsessed we chose a deep shade of purple called Cyber. For another who has a big personality we chose " Flat out fabulous" and another who always leave work late we chose " werk werk werk".Sam, thank you for taking the time to reply lean into what I needed and for being so patient while we found the ideal gifts. Your expertise is valued and your kindness made a difference. Happy holidays
