If this is what lululemon stands for , it should be in forced in stores too . I was humiliated not only as a customer but as a human being, at lululemon Roosevelt Field , I was asked to show two ids to verify that was my first responder ⛑️ ?? account, then laughed at in my face by the workers . As if I couldn’t be a cop . Ask why because this has never happened to me was told because people never carry there first responder ids , even though I had shown my law enforcement id with my photo, name and DOB and shield number on it . I still feel humiliated and embarrassed that this is how I was treated. Still haven’t been contacted by Lululemon about this situation , shame on you lululemon ? called to explain to someone about situation , was told to wait 1-2 business days because there isn’t any supervisor to be founded . Just lost a loyal customer ! lululemon

Calling the store for information was useless since no one answered the phone x4 and you can’t convince me they were that busy….why have a phone if you don’t answer it when it rings. Using the prompts is useless…this is poor customer service starting at the last rung on the ladder.

I had never shopped at Lululemon before, but I had been gifted a gift card for Christmas. I added my gift card to my account, which acted as a wallet. I tried to purchase something in the Manhasset store using the app’s wallet but was unsure how to do so. The employee there was rude and condescending, and I left the store feeling embarrassed and disappointed. I ended up at the mall that same weekend and I asked an employee in store (I didn’t catch her name) who was absolutely lovely. She asked a coworker (Vu) for help placing my order since they didn’t have the time in store. He went above and beyond!!! I can’t recommend both team members enough. Lovely people, who left me feeling great and excited to visit again!

As a loyal lululemon customer, I have to say I really had the worst experience in this store. At the same time, the store manager is very rude and unprofessional. I have few new items try to return into this store with the receipt within 30 days, but the staff keep questioning why and trying not to help me with the return. And then the manager came with the attitude as well. I never had this kind of experience in any store. Very disappointed and will never go back to this store again.

come here if you want to get scammed! managers and worker here make up their own rules. brought an item online but realized the color was not what i wanted so i tried to exchange it in store and they did not let me. item was brand new still in original packaging. they gave me no reason as to why i couldn’t exchange the item. so I asked if i can return it instead, in which they said no again with no explanation. it says on the receipt i can return and exchange…

Workers and “manager” make up their own rules. Worst and least professional experience I’ve had at a Lululemon. The actual manager came out and the cashier made up what I had said to her, and when I corrected her on what I actually said, the manager said to me, “why don’t you ground yourself” and said she’ll do me the “favor” and process the return that the cashier said they couldn’t do..

the workers/managers here make up their own rules and try to scam you. on the receipt it says you can return or exchange with receipt within a certain number of days days. originally i was going to exchange the item but the manager said that wasn’t allowed even though it said it was allowed on the receipt. so then, i tried to return the item. i brought a few days ago and the workers lied to me and said that also wasn’t allowed. they wouldn’t even let me return the amount to a gift card. keep in mind the item was brand new still in original packaging. I went to a different lululemon and they also made up their own rules saying they can’t return the amount to my credit card even though i paid with my credit card. weird and unethical work ethics!

I noticed that there’s many bad reviews, the employee that helped me was nice & helpful. Based off of reviews, the manager isn’t helpful. (I didn’t see/notice her)

Very rude manager at the store, was very condescending. Unnecessary passive aggressiveness, side eye, worst customer service experience i’ve ever had. Never had this type experience at a Lululemon.

I literally knew nothing about lululemon leggings and all of the different types before I came into the store. All I knew was that aligns and wunder trains were good ones to start with! I came into the store and walked straight over to the leggings and I was greeted by a girl named Olivia! Olivia was so sweet and really helped me understand which activities were made for different leggings. She helped me pick out my leggings which I loved, got my size for me, and rang me up! I really appreciated the customer service and great experience I received here. I will definitely be returning because I am in love with the leggings I bought!
