We placed an order to be delivered for Sunday. It was postponed. According to my account and the store reps, it was delivered. It is not going to be delivered on Saturday, a week after it was supposed to be delivered. Trying to get a customer service rep on the phone is even more impossible. You will be on the phone listening to it ring for hours and when you finally get a hold of someone they either hang up or are super rude. Worst experience ever. I don’t know how this store is still opened with service like this.

Manager Will and team at cashiers were helpful and very understanding. They know the value of a contractors business. They provided outstanding customer service. I will be shopping at this location much more. Thanks.

Customer service is non-existent at this location. I asked a young lady at the self checkout how I use my military discount, to which her response was, "I have no idea." I stated to her that another cashier told me o had to sign up and never walked me through.I made an account and downloaded the app a few months ago but had no clue where to go to set up the military discount. I managed to figure everything out on my own and got a "verified" logo in the app, I showed the cashier, and she seemed to have an attitude when I told her I completed everything and having trouble scanning the barcode.Long story short, avoid this place at all costs. You can never find anybody to help you find what you're looking for, and if you do, they don't want to help you.

On 10/19/2023 a gentlemen in the outdoor gardening department named Shawn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the fences. He was very kind and patient even though I was indecisive. Would highly recommend him and this store to anyone interested in the outdoor gardening landscaping department.

Home depot competitor. Not quite. Prices are pretty much the same. Customer service, bit better. No tool rentals. Much smaller nursery. Maybe suppliers do not accept consignments.Merchandise well stocked and aisles clearly labeled.

I visited Lowe's today hoping for better assistance and higher-quality wood compared to a competing big box home store. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a poor choice. I had to spend a significant amount of time sorting through 37 damaged and defective 2 by 6 pieces of wood. Additionally, I waited 37 minutes for the staff to help me locate the 90 sheets of 1/2 plywood that were supposedly in stock according to the app. However, after the long wait, I was informed that they were actually out of stock. Frustrated, I opted for the next closest type of wood and approached the counter, requesting a price match due to the inconvenience caused by the incorrect app information. To my disappointment, I was told that only the store manager had the authority to approve a price match. I waited another 15 minutes for the store manager, who then proceeded to check if the plywood was in stock, despite me already informing her otherwise. Eventually, I discovered that she wasn't even the store manager. The overall management of this place is extremely poor, with the actual manager even snapping at the person posing as the manager for informing me that the wood was not available. This store is in a state of decline, while the competing store just down the block offers superior wood and a much more efficient shopping experience. The entire process at Lowe's could have been smoother if the manager had ensured adequate staffing for a Sunday. To add to the frustration, the one person who was somewhat helpful ruined the experience by vaping while working, resulting in me walking through clouds of vape smoke. This place is terrible.

Tried buying a store display model for full price, we didn’t even leave the aisle when an employee came out of nowhere and said I need to see the manager to ask if you can buy that. We didn’t even ask for help. The product required no disassembly. He came back half an hour later and said no. Should’ve known better to not spend $50 (full price) on a display model without a box! The item isn’t available online, nor is it in stock at the store anymore, so why do they need to advertise it if they don’t have it?? My money will be going to Home Depot from now on.

Literally waiting at the self checkout register for 20 minutes for a $10 price adjustment because 3 of the employees decided to help another customer re scan his items 4 times. Worst customer experience of all time at a department storeEdit: I had to pee in the middle of this debacle and there was literally a piece of human feces on the floor of the bathroom. Had very long wait to do return. Apparently the return was couple days past the 90 day period. C/S associates could not do anything, needed a manager to authorize the $25 return. Took half hour, multiple overhead pages, until someone responded that all the people who could authorize and do an override were all in a meeting and no one was available. Finally, someone appeared, after a C/S person went to find someone. That manager, or whoever they were, finally authorized the return.Apparently there are new policies and C/S cannot even offer store credit for a return with a receipt that is couple days past the 90 days. It was a big waste of time and a turn off to shopping at Lowe's.

Renee in the paint section is the absolute sweetest! Helped my friend and I pick paint for our show set, and we got a great price too. She was awesome and made my night 10x better!!!!

They made me pay $69 extra for delivery, then delivered 3 giant heavy packages to the wrong house. Customer service complained that the store wasn't answering the phone. I had to locate my packages and deliver them to my own house. They never followed up, never cared.

One of the better Lowe's Home Improvement stores in New York (at least way better than the one in the Queens area). I went there early in the morning (after I was unable to find what I needed in Queens store) and I was out of the store literally in 5 minutes with my stuff. The store was well maintained and stocked. Self checkout was also easy and convenient to use. Help is also available if needed.

The positives:The delivery drivers they hire are the utmost professionals and very helpful and courteousSOME of the sales people are also courteous and are able to help find exactly what you needThe Negatives:Every single item that we’ve bought from this location and had delivered has been damaged. Every single one.The chest freezer had a big old dent in one of the corners but no dent in the box, implying the dent was already their and they repackaged the item they sent to useA new refrigerator has improper rubber seals so the cold air escapes causing the compressor to always run.The replacement had a giant hole in the door.Edit:Third replacement fridge was also damaged. In response to the manager who responded that to this review. I’m not sure what calling customer support will do
