Another crazy experience. Bought lots of materials to build a pressure treated deck. I returned some materials including a full bundle of spindles that were still packaged with plastic ties. The lady at the refund counter refused to accept them because she said each one was 1/4" different on each one! Each spindle had tags on both sides and were wrapped by the manufacturer! She insisted I cut them, retagged, and had a machine that can tie 16 spindles together! After 3 staff members came to my rescue, I got my refund. No apology for her accusations and a waste of 1 hour!

Horrendous customer service. They canceled our online order twice and when we went in store they wouldn't honor the discount for the previous 2 orders. Customer service in appliances treated us so poorly it left my wife in tears. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Please consider going to Home Depot before buying anything here.

I get to this Lowe's with employees standing around yukking it up and after a while, another employee comes by and points me out, the only person at the pickup desk. So one of the yukkers reluctantly helps me. Takes a half hour at least for me to get the stuff I ordered, which they had emailed me was ready for pickup. Yukker paged someone else instead of going to get my order. I have to ask for paging again. Finally she gets someone else to go to the back for me. Paged person eventually shows up and says pager "should have known I was outside" and couldn't hear the page. Paged person was helping another customer and took money as a tip. Is that the story here, you're expected to pay staff for service?

Delivery service is terrible; don't order online. I ordered a washing machine online. I was told it would be delivered noon to 4 p.m. There was no mention that they would try to call me beforehand, so I just assumed I needed to be at my home between noon and 4. I waited til 4 ... 5 ... 6 ... 7 ... it hadn't been delivered by 9 p.m. I found out the next day that their "delivery service" tried to call me while I was away from my phone. So what did they do? Leave a message? Send me a text that they were on their way? No, they just gave up! They sent the washing machine back to the store. When I called to complain, I found out that Lowe's has outsourced delivery to some company that apparently doesn't give a sh** about customer satisfaction; they just have routes to do, and who cares if the customer gets their goods? Would never order anything for delivery from Lowe's again. Beware, anyone using this Lowe's store.

I bought a very expensive washing machine and dryer all in one unit from Lowe's several years ago. I have misplaced the receipt from it so when it needed some repair, I was first put on hold so many times and for so long until I finally was told that if it was regarding warranty work, I needed to reach out to the company that handles that for them that goes by the name Assurant. They cannot be reached by phone, so you are instructed to email them at
[email protected]. I did that two weeks ago and still HAVE NOT heard anything back. So, I'm still without a washing machine and have had to utilize the local laundromat for my family's large amounts of dirty clothing. This is unacceptable!! Peter C.

UPDATE: Support Calls a month ago... "We have your parts and would like to schedule installer to complete installation." Okay, today is the schedule day I call to get a status and the installer calls me back informing me parts were never ordered and he is at the store trying to find out what happened. REMINDER...This process started in 2021 ... UNBELIEVABLE!

So it's like this my husband and I go to the garden city Loews at 7:20 pm on Wednesday March 1 st to get paint We walk up and the woman is sitting down talking in her cell phone We waited a few minutes while she is watching us still speaking in her phone She finally hangs up and goes to another counter and just stares at us I say do u want us over there and she shakes her head I then tell her we are looking for paint for our bedroom she says what finish I said I wasn't sure could you tell me the difference she says they are written right there in front of you I couldn't believe it I said ok then I'll just google it that was then she suggested eggshell What an attitude very poor customer service If she had said just a minute it would have made all the difference but she choose to be ignorant I'll go to Home Depot for now on

I purchased a replacement washing machine I was told by the salesman that ii didn't need a stand that even though it was a different manufacturer it would fit. When the delivery was mad the installer said it wouldn't. They also wouldn't hook up my drainage hose. But did it anyway. I then went back to the store and order them stand. Was told it was put aside for me for delivery and installation. Was told the night before if my delivery window which they missed. Tried calling the store directly as instructed but NO ONE ANSWERED plus I was hung up four times Terrible store will not go there again

I went to Lowes to purchase a new floor. They sent their tech to measure and then give me a price. The tech measured and looked over the job. The price was around $6000. I ordered the job. A few days later the material was delivered. I was told it was to be installed in a few days. The appointment was set and the installers arrived. They looked at the job, determined that there was a problem and left telling me nothing. I later learned that the floor was uneven and the product could not work with my existing floor. This was what the tech's job was. The improper flooring material laid in my living room for 2 weeks while they promised over and over that the truck was on its way. They lied and lied. They promised and promised. Never attempt to call the store, the phone is never answered. Never was I so frustrated. Stay away from this company, you really don't need the aggravation.

This store is terrible. I have called so many times and they just keep hanging up on me. I'm calling to discuss a $6000 mistake they made on my order and initially they were helpful but now are refusing to talk to me. Terrible. That's not how you treat customers spending their money at your store. Hopefully me showing up will help the situation. Good job lowes on the people you hire...you all suck. Don't go here people..

If you need anything go wherever. Order screw ups, rude associates, infinite wait times on hold, heavy orders dumped on your driveway, orders that you want delivered mysteriously marked "for pickup". Really, do you think I want to pick up 800 lbs of cement???? I can't say enough to stay as far away as you can get from this clown show. Most certainly not recommended
