I think the staff would benefit from some customer service training at this branch, especially the Saturday crew around 1pm. They are rude, disorganized and inefficient.

Horrible customer service!!! Supervisor wouldn’t even pick up the phone she rudely put me on speaker. I bought something on Wednesday late night and Friday there was a sale. I hadn’t even received my shipment yet and there was a 50% off sale. I asked to have a price adjustment and was told too bad it’s a weekend sale. Nothing else was offered to accommodate a $50 overcharge. What ever happened to this company with their customer last policy. Never dealing with this company again. Everything is overpriced anyway and have bad customer service.

I have shopped Lands End approximately 30+ years. (My children's school uniforms and much of my outfits). I'm not very happy with my purchases lately. Eg: Sport knit pants-material and style not the same anymore. They shrink, lose their shape, come too short....

Did some holiday returns last week All stores were messy with clothing strewn all over. It was a delight to enter Land's End. A special return register for on lime shopping was fast and easy. The shelves were neatly organized - no unfolded clothing left around.A pleasure.
