Decent store for good quality clothes. The staff there could be friendlier though.

I have shopped Lands End approximately 30+ years. (My children's school uniforms and much of my outfits). I'm not very happy with my purchases lately. Eg: Sport knit pants-material and style not the same anymore. They shrink, lose their shape, come too short....
