I recently was looking for the impossible for mothers day. My wife had been wanting some Apple Watch bands that have been discontinued or no longer available. I called customer service and spoke with Ethan and he was awesome and tracked down what I needed. I called your store in NY (630 Old Country Rd spc 1071a, Garden City, NY 11530) and spoke with Jen and Sam who found what I needed. They were both very nice and accommodating. They were able to help me get exactly what I was searching for and get it delivered before Mother’s Day. They say customer service is dying but not at Kendra Scott. Thanks all.

This location is amazing! Their customer service was spot on. Ashley was attentive and caring and patient as I didn't know what I was looking for, and these kids drive me crazy. Miss Malaysia was as sweet as ever. She assisted my niece and I with our checkout process, and we really enjoyed talking with her. What a great experience for a firsr time visitor. Thank you to a wonderful team. You should all be recognized!

This store is beautiful and the jewelry is very beautiful and elegant. The staff is awesome. Nicole is excellent and staff is very helpful and professional.Very pleasant shopping experience.

I went in to ask a question and i'm assuming it was only managers working because they were all stood in a circle talking. After i asked them a question i walked away and heard them all laugh at me, there's was not a single person in the store so I know for sure they were laughing at what I had just spoken to them about.

Excellent Customer Service! We were greeted when we walked in. The store was immaculate. The staff at this location is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We purchased two beautiful necklaces and we can’t wait to go back to purchase more!
