I don’t know if I’m missing something but if someone walks into your establishment you can take 2 seconds to greet them. The man didn’t say a word to me in the 10 minutes I stood while he conversed with a bunch of people. He decided to utter words as I walked out.

The Lunds have been a source of jewelry gifts for my wife over more than forty years. Kyle and Wayne, accomplished Scandinavian accordionists as well, have always been accommodating in both design counsel and cost considerations. Having recently retired from our professional practice and residence in Garden City to our New Milford, CT home, I presented my personal design for a set of emerald earrings and pendant to be, sequentially, Christmas and birthday gifts for my dear wife and partner, Carol. The Lund's expert gem selection, suggested design enhancements and execution were exceptional. I'm not sure what that other review is talking about. My fiancee and I came here to get a custom ring made. It came out beyond better than we imagined. They're trustworthy, hard working, and they do an incredible job. And now we have a one of a kind ring that she's going to cherish forever. Don't be afraid to do business with them. Horrible experience with these "gentlemen". I gave them jewelry to re-purpose for my wife and they kept putting it off more and more (because it wasn't of high priority of course). They blew me off over and over and over again. They literally NEVER DID ANYTHING WITH IT. It has been YEARS- they either lost it or sold it- and they have NOTHING to say for themselves. It's absurd the lack of consideration. It's literally a risk to do business with them.
