I went in to shop and I dealt with 2 employees today, they were so rude! The attitude the one with the long hair had was atrocious. Literally never coming back here again. The short one really needs to keep her comments about customers to herself, I heard her talking to another girl about a different customer so I just walked out. Save your money and go to Fenti upstairs by the food court, never had a bad experience with the associates there

I came in here for underwear and when I was being put in the fitting room, the girl told me that she will come back to see me in each pair I try on and that she wants my feedback on each pair. It wasn’t a question… she told me that’s what was going to happen. I felt so uncomfortable from that point on so I tried them all on super quick so I could hurry and leave. When she came to the room and asked to see the first pair, I told her no. She asked if I want to see other styles and I told her no thanks. When I opened the curtain and was getting ready to leave she seemed to insinuate I was stealing by asking me to show her where the underwear are… they were right on the chair behind me in my fitting room.Shopping for underwear is not like shopping for clothes as it’s a much more intimate experience. It’s totally acceptable to tell shoppers to feel free to let you know if they’d like your opinion, but no need to make them feel they don’t have an option in the matter.

I came into the store today the girl working was nice but seemed to be to busy working by herself and trying to manage everybody else’s situation. As she did give me a couple bras to try but didn’t fit. I was sad walking out because they don’t care any DDD size bras and I’m having to resort to the online store to find a bra but not being able to try them on and see if it’s actually to my liking it’s frustrating. So I had to go to Victoria Secret for my bras when my first interest was really wanting to buy something from this store. And also not seeing a wide variety of selections in this store. while the girl just gave me two bras from a draw not even asking if it was in my interest to see if it’s what I wanted but she said it was all they had.

I base almost all of my stars on great customer service. I bought 3 bras. I later realized they were not the rt fit. The sales clerk invested a great of time on me until I found what I needed. I will definitely return.

This is a customer review of the Intimissimi long sleeve silk pajamas. These are the most silky, sensual, comfortable, and luxurious silk pajamas ever made. During the holiday season I bought myself 5 pairs in colors of red, blue, gold, silver, and green. Most recently I bought myself the turquoise blue that you are seeing me where right now. I must say that as a man they are so temptuous, seductive, and irresistible that cannot help but to want to wear them, and love to wear them. They are my weakness. They make me feel Heavenly perfect, and I am my most happy when I wear them. I wear to bed every night when I sleep. I highly recommend them and give them 5 stars. "The Client" Rosa called us... service was classy. The manager joined in at the end to help Rosa who was new? Could have fooled me, she was waiting on my wife needs and then asked me questions as to if there was something I like her to try on and would she (wife) be comfortable with that...Hands down, amazing experience. Wife says the many things she got where incredible soft and silky.Bravissimo!

I was a bit hesitant about visiting this location after reading prior reviews however, I came in today and received stellar customer service from Iris. She proved herself to be very knowledgeable and attentive, and was very patient in explaining to me the nuances of the brand as I am a first time buyer.I tried on a number of pieces and Iris was never far away to answer my questions or to retrieve another size.Will return.

What type of staff is being hired here. One girl had a shower cap/bonnet on her head, really? And then I asked her if this was a European brand...she told me no it's Italian..ma'am Italy is in Europe! Gah!

Went shopping with my girlfriend and received no help or greeting from the 6 employees working there who just stood around and talked about fried chicken the whole time we ended up leaving after trying on several things because of how terrible the service was. Seems like a theme at this place as it’s always empty and I saw other people leave with the same experience as me while I was there.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! They pressure you to buy things that do not fit. I told the woman working my size and when they didn't have it, she encouraged me to try something on 3 sizes smaller. They don't accept returns because of a "new system". I don't believe this for a second, I know the girl just didn't want to lose her commission on my purchase. Do not shop here! Better off buying on line!
