The blatant racism and unprofessional behavior exhibited by an employee at Hope & Henry significantly tarnished my previously high regard for the brand. Despite my admiration for the quality of their products and having been a proud customer, my mother's distressing experience in the store, where she was harassed and made to feel unwelcome by a brunette employee, is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Her encounter, marked by being unfairly followed, crowded, and berated, highlights a disturbing issue of racial discrimination and a lack of respect. This incident not only compelled my mother to defend her right to shop without prejudice but also led me to decide against further patronizing a brand that fails to uphold the values of class and kindness.

9/23/23 2:30 pm, female staff with brown hair, mid ageLove the brand but racist staffWalked in at the same time with another customer, the only staff looked right thru me and greeted the white customer, told her to let her know if she needs anything. I didn't get even get a hi although I was right in front of the staff, like I don't exist. I was actually looking for something, extremely disappointed. I will not visit this store again.

Terrible customer service. Never purchasing from this store ever again. Please save your money and buy from other stores. They dont refund you if items are ‘damaged’ according to them, but they also wont return the item back to you. Stealing your money thats what they do.
They also dont have a number to call and discuss a customer’s issue. They do it through email only!! What a hassle

I made a purchase weeks ago, it said that the package arrived on January 4th, then it appears as delivered on December 31st. The package never arrived, or it was not delivered or it was stolen, the conclusion was that I did not get my package. I write and file the claim and they tell me that their refund or replacement policies for the purchase should make a report to the police… what a waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!! Something that was not my fault and all I have to do to get reimbursed for something I paid for!! They still haven't solved it for me! I still don't have the gift because it was a gift!! Anyway!! A store that solves things in a very bad way and wasting its customers' time! Totally disappointed in how little they solve and how they handle things!!

The sales girl was nice and as cute as she wants to be. She was pregnant and had a great attitude. She offered great help and congratulated me on my new nephew! No complaints at all.

They have nice clothes and I found cute clothes for my daughter. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the lady who was working there wasn't helpful and attentive. Customer service is important so if they improve I will be back.
