Kevin L. Failed to show up. I waited at home for hours for an appointment scheduled for 12-1pm on 11/2/24 to go over options for a stair lift for my mother. I tried to call the number I received on my confirmation text and received a message that they were closed. 5 hours after my appointment I received a call from Kevin looking to reschedule. His reason for failing to show was he works 60 hours a week. I myself also work a job that generally requires me to work more than 40 hours a week so of all people he should be able to understand that my time is valuable. He seemed to get aggravated when I told him he had 1 opportunity and he blew it. Unfortunately for the company wasting my time cost them my business. I hope that this review can save someone some of the aggravation that I had to deal with from a company who clearly doesn’t care about potential customers.

NSM provides professional, courteous, and punctual service. I highly recommend this company.
I purchased the Bruno Elan stairlift chair because my husband recently survived a massive bilateral stroke. He has left side deficits and cannot walk up/down stairs.
Kevin, the sales rep processed my order and Jared installed the chair. They make a fantastic team!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Repairs take forever and often times the repairs aren't done correctly at all. I've had a mobility chair with them for 5 or 6 years and the chair has not functioned as it should for a good 2 or 3 years now, they tell me constantly nothing is wrong with the chair which is 100% a lie, I know how the chair functioned when I first received it and how it functions now and I might as well not have a chair at all. The manufacturer says the chair should have a range of anywhere between 18 and 23 miles, I'm lucky if I can go 5 to 6 miles before the chair is dying wet they tell me that's normal there is nothing wrong with the chair. If I could leave 0 stars I would THE WORST!!!!!!

The technicians than have worked on my chair were all nice and helpful. HOWEVER, this company is HORRIBLE!!!!! They don’t care about their consumers at all. The time it takes for them to answer phones and service emergency repairs is repulsive. They’ve had my old chair for over a year. My new chair has had a multitude of issues and it’s less than a year old. Now I’m stuck in bed because of their lack of attention to emergency
