The ladies taking care of me heard I would be traveling quite a distance with it and took extra care in wrapping it up in tissue paper and bubble wrap. It arrived home with me safe and sound! “The sofa I ordered is really very nice. The seller helped me choose the right sofa in a very factual and professional manner, meaning it is firm and quite high but at the same time very comfortable. After delivery, about 2 months later, I found a few spots on it, some of which were more or less visible. After contacting the company, they sent a specialist to remove the stains. After the stains were removed, only one remained, nevertheless in a visible spot. It is not large, but still noticeable. After contacting me about 2 days later, I was offered a 15% discount for the issue, which I accepted. In my opinion, the company Ethan Allen is worth recommending for their professionalism as well as their appropriate approach to the issue. The sofa they made, apart from that small stain, is really excellently made, it is very comfortable and the material used is of really high quality. The company is worthy of the best recommendation. The sofa I ordered is really very nice.”

“Went to purchase some additional tile for a multi-room project. Meant to write this review back in September, but, many things came up. The fact I held onto everyone's names even with my life in upheaval is a testament as to how much I appreciated their help. We ended up going two times to get everything correct that we needed.
