Have placed several orders over the phone and in store with them. I appreciate that they will accomodate budgets accordingly. I don't order flowers for high traffic holidays but have always enjoyed my purchases + delivery

They don’t care about customer service, they act like you’re begging them for a bouquet! A small bouquet costed $56 and it was honestly the same exact thing you could’ve picked up at stop & shop for $35. Had I known that I would’ve purchased it there. The workers speak about you in Spanish while you’re right there. Save your money and use another florist.

My bf was trying to be sweet and get me a bouquet of roses with baby’s breath and told them he didn’t know much about flowers so if they could help. He handed me the bouquet but the flowers were all misplaced no order and unfortunately already losing petals and looking like they were dying. Don’t recommend.

Nice local friendly florist. They really came through for me today; I forgot to pre-order a boutonnière for my son’s confirmation and they were able to turn it around quickly. We have ordered several bouquets and boutonnières in the past for communions and other special occasions and have always been satisfied.

I could not tell you how disappointed I was with the bouquet I bought from this place. Went to Lidl an hour after spending my hard earned money here and got far better flowers for literally less than 1/3 of the price. Avoid at all costs, seriously.

Poor service and Late opening on Mother's DayWhen I asked about bouquets, the guy told me they don't have any pre built bouquets, only custom.So I asked for help with the colors and arrangements. The guy only asked my price, I told $25-$30. He said it would be small and didn't ask any questions about colors or anything.After watching him for 35 minutes, answer phone calls, pick out flowers on his own, volunteer to help someone with on the shops computer and two other customers that came after me get their flowers , I left with out flowers and drove miles away to a different store.This store opened at 9.Most flower stores open early on Mother's Day. I was there at 8:30 and waited until 9 only to not get flowers.They store I eventually went to, had been open since 7 am.

My husband has been buying flowers from here on a monthly basis for quite some time, and usually they’re exceptional. However, he came home today with flowers which he places the order for yesterday, and they were wilted and just in poor condition, and I went back because he spent $160 on 2 dozen roses for Valentine’s Day and $40 for 4 roses for our daughter. The daughter agreed that the roses should’ve never left the shop like the way they did and they picked the petals to make them more presentable as there were so many with rotten petals, and said she’s have her father call in when he comes in or tomorrow, and I said sure absolutely I know it’s busy it’s Valentine’s Day no big deal. I get a call from the the “dad” and he’s like what do you expect it’s the busiest day of the year… and I said I expect your quality to be consistent if you can’t handle the orders and are overwhelmed don’t take them, it’s not like my husband was a walk in he placed the order yesterday. The guy proceeded to say thanks for the feedback, and I stated that’s not enough your daughter said we would come to a solution. 200$ for flowers and they look so awful? The guy got so angry and was like come give me my flowers back then and I’ll give u a refund and I said sure I’ll come tomorrow and he’s like tomorrow!? NO give me your address leave them outside I’ll come pick them up, and he did. The presentation was poor the quality of the flowers was poor, and the customer service was poor. Would not recommend unless you want them to yell at you bc they gave you poor quality flowers… lol

Helped us out in a pinch to create 6 last minute but gorgeous table arrangements. And then created a beautiful bouque later that day that my husband bought for me. Strongly recommend and will definitely be back!

Dorothy and her team (including her dog, Holly, of course) did an outstanding job from start to finish with the flowers for both the rehearsal dinner and welcome reception for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding last week.It was a delight to work with Dorothy to "co-create" flowers for both the small rehearsal dinner and larger reception following. She was extremely clear in communicating what flowers would be available, go well together and creative in suggesting what would make sense for different settings.When I arrived in town for the wedding, I was able to meet Dorothy, discuss options with the flowers at hand and finalize plans in person. The end result was stunning! (They also did the flowers for the wedding which were gorgeous.) The delivery logistics were flawless and the warmth and care of their shop came through along with the beautiful flowers. I even brought some flowers home (across the country) and they still look fantastic a week and 3,000 miles later.Thank you, Dorothy and Hengstenberg's team!

Such a great florist! I walked in and asked for flowers and they sent me away with a beautiful bouquet. The flowers smelt amazing, and were of such quality. The recipient absolutely loved them. Highly recommend!!
