Pathetic customer service..! 2 girls were so disrespectful and started laughing once we entered the showroom salesperson:387992 and cashier :379695. If severe action is not taken by the management legal action would be taken against them.

Showed up on a Sunday at 6:51pm to get some shoes I wanted to wear for my birthday. Meanwhile, a gentleman tells me they are closed smh. That’s not have a business should be run. If a store closes at 7pm they should close at 7pm. Not earlier. Not to mention, I already knew what I wanted. Now, they lost a customer forever. I refuse to spend my money on a business that hires and keeps worker around that do as they please. That’s horrible for business. Before I step out of character I just tell myself don’t ever go back. I know the workers don’t care cause clearly he wouldn’t have closed before the official time. This is why people wonder why are stores going out of business. This is clearly one of the reasons.

Went in to look around. My friend and I grabbed some bags to purchase and waited by the register to check out. Watched as the workers looked at us and then ignored us. The girl who I’m guessing is the manager would help other customers, look at us and then walk away. Another girl who was literally at the register looked at us and went back to looking at whatever she had in front of her instead of just checking us out. There were three workers, one at the register, the store was not full at all and literally no one would check us out so we could buy our items. I got frustrated and just put my bag on the counter in front of the girl at the register and walked away.

I was unable to return a shirt I never wore because the employee claimed that it was bandage material and therefore, could only be exchanged. Even though, all of the tags were attached and the top was in perfect condition. On top of that, i told her that the zipper wasn't functioning well. she tried it out for herself and still said I could not return it. I was skeptical about this policy so I called another store location and was told I could in fact return the item for my money back So, if the employee of Guess reads this by any chance...yes, I returned it after all

My wife received a gift for Christmas and went to this store to return the item. The manager Jessica was rude and obnoxious. She became loud in front if other customers attempting to embarrass my wife and telling her she couldn't return the item. I called the store to ask why my wife was given a such a hard time. After being rude and hanging up on me.
