Manager was useless. I needed a tag taken off from an online order. Wouldn’t do it. Gap factory and Gap are the same thing to a customer. Simple task couldn’t be completed.

Last week, i made some purchases. One of the employee was very rude and not helpful. She gave wrong explanation twice about their sales and i asked other girl and she told me what is the correct information.
ALSO, please check the GAP website because items online are at a cheaper price. (I didn't know, so i bought mine expensive, but now I know not to get from in-store)

Just came in to return some things my wife bought online and the guy at the register told me I needed to return them to gap factory. Ended up driving to gap factory and they said it was purchased from regular gap which is what I thought it was all along.
BIG WASTE OF MY TIME.

Return an online order here and it was fast and efficient. Well stocked store in Roosevelt Field Mall.

Just tried to make a “late “return. The nice man at the desk said it would be possible , but the manager was hard no, not even store credit. Terrible managing as we all know she could have. Just didn’t want to. Wonder why?

I went there in 2021. I always checked bank app before shopping. I did have had money in my bank account, cashier says to me the card didn't go through. After leaving the Gap, I checked my banking account app, she charged me twice, that's very sad, im not coming here again.

Love shopping at Gap. This store sells good quality clothes that will last for years. The staff is very professional and really pleasant.
