Customer service is horrible: curbside pick up, waiting for my order for three hours, and two times, they brought the wrong tiles. Nobody wants to figure it out precisely by blaming each other.

Went to purchase some additional tile for a multi-room project. Meant to write this review back in September, but, many things came up. The fact I held onto everyone's names even with my life in upheaval is a testament as to how much I appreciated their help. We ended up going two times to get everything correct that we needed. Tommy K., Liz, Mike, Ann and Jeffrey were all wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Loved the tile we bought.

Stay away!! The customer service of this company is horrible. I purchased defective Optimax vinyl flooring made by Swiss Krono for Floor & Decor. The product resolution team is astocious and rude. This business is ripping off customers by not standing by their products and having paying customers go through absurd and unacceptable independent inspections that are flawed. They most definitely do not care about customers.
And Swiss Krono is no better. They did not answer my email regarding their defective product, but flipped it back to the rude, robotic and scripted Andrea Godfrey: Supervisor Product Resolution.

Good selection and good prices but the customer service is non-existent. Curbside pickup was a disaster. You have to pick a designated one hour time slot to collect your order but that seems unnecessary given that nothing actually happens to your order until you walk into the store, which isn’t how curbside pickup is supposed to work.
After checking in online I waited in my car for a half hour but no one came to my car. I called the store but no one picked up and I was on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. When I walked in I found employees doing nothing except looking annoyed that they had to do work. They eventually brought out my order but it was incomplete. That employee disappeared. Another annoyed employee had to get the rest of my items. When I finally got all my items they were just handed to me on a push cart. I explained that I had ordered curbside pickup and that meant the items were supposed to be brought to my car and I wasn’t supposed to even have to come into the store. After getting a blank stare from the employee I just took the items to my car myself, defeating the whole purpose of curbside pickup. The whole process took 45 minutes. When I was in the store no one helped me find items I was looking for.
I don’t mind a DIY approach to home improvement but in this store you have to do everything yourself.
