Went in today looking for shoes for myself and my son. There is no one on the floor helping, everyone was behind the cashier register. When I finally asked for help, I had a man with a manager tag on. He bought my son’s shoes out quickly but then I was waiting 15 mins for mine. When I went up to the desk, I asked if someone bringing them out? He realized he had them the entire time but was too busy on his phone to bring them over. At check out him and another female at the register were inappropriate with one another and the woman continued to use profanity infront of my 6 year old. Horrific service- I will never come here again. I honestly should have left without giving this establishment any of my money.

Waited more than 30 min to get a pair of shoe that never arrived and seems that none of the associate cared about it. Completely wasted my time there. Customer service is horrible.

I found nice on cloud shoes I was interested in after I waited 15 min I was only allowed to try on one shoe at a time… I decided to buy the shoes so I could try them on like a normal human being. I waited on line for 15 additional minutes while one register was checking customers out and 6 employees tried to solve a register discrepancy. I was told I could not return the shoes if I didn’t provide my e mail address. With music blaring loud I decided enough is enough and went to spend my money elsewhere. If you want to be treated like a criminal lowlife shop here!

Store number doesn’t even work, cant get them on the phone for nothing, definitely the last time i do store pick up here, dont put “pick up today” if you can’t actually pick it up that day or two days after the fact for that matter, ridiculous

Service was a joke. Kids not interested in doing their job. Clueless and unmotivated. I asked one of them how long is it supposed to be from a "scan" of sneaker before the guy/ girl brings it from downstairs. We had waited 20 minutes. He took a moment to respond and then told me "well it's really crazy right now". There were 10 people in the store. No effort was made to facilitate the arrival of the sneaker. He just stood there motionless next to another "worker" doing nothing. So we walked out. They lost a sale. Hopefully this will continue to happen and then management will realize they need to clean house of these clowns. Will never step foot on that store again

The service here was fair it was a busy day. The staff was nice. They tried their best to give the sneakers in a fair amount time. I went with my friend and she waited a good moment.The staff tried their best to keep the service as professional as possible. The music in the place was nice as well while we waited. They make sure the sneakers you buy is a good fit for you. The manager seems new at their job but did a fair job.

I went into JD Sports in Roosevelt field mall and as I walked in I couldn’t tell which person was an associate or a shopper. There was a group of people just talking in the front as if it was a chill spot. I had to walk all the way to the front to ask for a size. Finally ask for a size and the shoe NEVER comes out. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Nobody has the appropriate uniform on. After waiting for 20 minutes I walked out without anything. I will never come into this store again.

Although I waited 45 minutes in line, the staff made me feel very welcomed and they were super professional, asking me if I needed help with a shoe size or anything I was looking at in the store. They’re a super busy store and the staff tries their best to get to everyone as fast as possible. I will always come here for shoes and clothes no matter what!

I recently visited the JD located in Garden City and what a horrible time it was. Upon entering the sneaker section there are only two associates assisting what seemed to be at least 10 customers. I requested a pair of shoes from a girl working there and she wasted my time completely. I waited 15 minutes for her to bring the shoes out and she reassured they would arrive. 20 minutes later they never arrived. I believe the manager assisted us and we quickly found out that it was not even in stock. That girl assisting us was a complete fool and needs to be fired. Everyone at the register is dancing around and not paying attention to the customers and they are having their own conversations while we needed assistance. The store needs a new staffing system because the inconsiderate and rude staff wasted my time. I will never set foot in that horrible environment again and I will also let all friends and family know that that store is no good!

On 12/20/23 my sister purchased and item at this store. The sales associate 0399103 charged her $2 donation to FL/Youth without asking her. Once she got home she noticed the $2 was charged to her credit card. This is very disrespectful for sales associate 0399103 to do without asking customers first!
