Title: Efficient Service at FedEx Garden City Location
I recently visited the FedEx location in Garden City, Long Island, and had a great experience despite the brief trip. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find ample parking spaces right in front of the entrance.
Inside, I was greeted by a convenient slide door leading to the waiting area. Luckily, it was morning, and there was no rush, making the process smooth and quick. I was shipping an overnight package from Garden City to New York City, and Clark, the representative, efficiently handled my transaction. The entire process took only a few minutes.
While the cost of shipping locally was steep at $33, I understand that urgent document delivery, especially to government agencies, comes at a premium. FedEx's reliability and speed make it a valuable service for individuals and businesses alike.
Thank you, FedEx, for taking care of my shipping needs!

Absolutely the worst service that i can remember. We were told three days in a row that our package would be delivered, which required a signature. Both my wife and myself used our vacation time to wait for this package. The automated system is painful and useless.

These people are clueless, plain slow as molasses, or a combination of both. UPS stores blow this place away and work so quickly and efficiently. This place is torturous. Unfortunately I was forced to come here to return an item with a pre paid label but I would NEVER use this place to ship. Wow, what a waste of time.

The driver CONSISTENTLY lies and says attempted delivery or package delivered when they have never came. He does it when he doesn't want to deliver packages anymore and it's ruined my time sensitive, iced down medication. I call to tell them that there was no attempted delivery, no need for a signature , nothing hours before closure and they simply say "well add delivery notes." My house is viable on a MAIN ROAD. It's not that he couldn't find it, HES LAZY and ruins my medication ALWAYS.

This place makes the DMV look like a well oiled machine. Avoid. Go to a real FedEx store. If your package is delivered here ask to reroute to another FedEx location like a FedEx store or a store like Walgreens with a FedEx pickup. Avoid if at all possible.

Worst place ever!!!!!!!! There was only two people working at register the slowest place I ever been to they lost our package Arvin Bhawanidin was supposed to come out here and he never came out the worst manager ever Barbara the customer service lady was very rude they do not want to find my package my money is down the drain I’m upset this place needs to shut down

I have a Comercial account so all my packages are pre labeled. Only one person working the counter on Saturday June 1,2024. Only one person in front of me. I waited 40 minutes until they finally told the woman in front of me that they could not find her package.

I was reluctant to come to this UPS based on reviews. I have to say I was delighted with the service. They were quick. They printed my packing slip, and they also packed it for me.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a more unpleasant experience with a customer service rep there. My boyfriend went to this location physically to figure out where my package was as they had attempted once and left one door tag which he signed and left for the driver next day. Came home and it was still there. He spoke with a woman who said it was held at this facility but because it had my name he couldn’t pick it up, which was disappointing but understandable. as he was walking out the door 1:20pm or so she grabbed him before leaving and offered to do a late delivery the next day for him between 330-530 so he could get out of work early and be sure to be home for it. Checked the status this morning when it was to be in the truck and it shows that it’s still held at the facility.Called and spoke to Tracy. She had an attitude from the start and refused to help or provide guidance when the delivery was only attempted once and only left one tag while he was home the other two days she said they had tried! She said things like”nope it’s going back, delivery drivers aren’t required to leave more than one note, you should have been home”-HE WAS HOME!!! She would not assist to reschedule a delivery as the woman at the front desk had offered my bf the day before saying there were no notes and basically called me a liar saying he didn’t even go in or there would be notes!!! Her attitude grew nastier cutting me off while I was trying to get help. Tracy wouldn’t provide her full name or area management contact and hung up on me as soon as I asked. Horrible, upsetting experience. Tracy should not be in any sort of customer service. Do not come here or call if you value you your time and sanity. I will be filing a complaint and hope this woman finds a different career where she won’t be so miserable.
