I just wanted to give a shout-out to Brandon.My initial print order wasn't fully correct and he helped me get it fixed quickly and even took it upon himself to update my paper type to better fit what I was going for.This is greatly appreciated! I just got off the phone with Brandon/Branden, and he was so helpful! I ordered some sales sheets to decorate my dorm room & to give out as gifts, but in my initial order I was missing some sheets that I had ordered.Brandon was very helpful and is re-sending the sheets I was missing, and it's perfect timing. Walmart DEFECTIVE return in original box. Shipping paid by WM. Eric, the manager, refused to process or accept it as it was originally shipped, insisted on selling me a box and packing material.. I guess he wanted to protect a defective return?
If I could give a less than 0 rating, I would .
Filed a formal complaint with FedEx as I shouldn't have to come.out of pocket for a vendor-paid defective RMA

Eric R. and Ray took my order and printed it perfectly, all within the 45 minutes before closing time of 8pm. I have used Staples in the past, but when I called them they had told me they take "no Express orders after 2pm". I was surprised at how much more responsive FedEx is. Eric discussed my goals on the phone, after I emailed a .jpg file to him, and on the phone we selected the paper (weight and color), and he started processing it while I was driving there. When I arrived, the job was printed perfectly as desired, and they were friendly as well. A pleasing experience!

Ordered hundreds of dollars of posters and I was supposed to be able to pick them up Saturday at noon.When I called on Saturday, they said they sent the posters out for printing.I asked what time they would be ready on Saturday. They told me they would be ready on Monday. These were event posters. I asked what would happen if the event was on Monday. Then, the posters would be useless. They didn't care.I am going to try again on Sunday since they are opened from 12N-6P. Fortunately, the event is on Wednesday.The worst part is that they did not contact me via phone or email to communicate they wouldn't have the posters ready, nor did the customer service representative who answered the phone even care. If you have more time, order from Vistaprint or go to Staples.

When I went in to send back a return I was immediately asked if I had a shipping label on my package even though he was assisting another guest I let him know I needed one and he informed me he would be right with me, a young lady came out from the back and took me right away. Our interaction was one the most pleasant experiences I have had in along time. She was so accommodating and always kept my interest priority. This was a great experience. Fedex you have fantastic specialists working for you in the Garden City location. Thank you for a great visit.

James was phenomenal. Super helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. I have been to this locations a few times in the recent past and they have always been the best. Very clean, inviting store with ample supplies available for purchase. I do a lot of shipping and printing for work and this is my go-to location!!
