Manager needs to be fired, didn't let me return an item after I wore it for less than an hour. Manager was very rude and needs to be replaced. She was also on her phone not doing her job for awhile

They always have something for you , and good materials I have pieces for years ! And still going ! my favorites! I’m a shopaholic and express is one of the only one pieces that still remains in my closets
Location can be anyone , sadly they are closing bay terrace ? but still this one is open ?

I Had a Very Pleasant Experience Shopping at Express, store was very clean and organized! Peter Was Great Help Gave Me Some Fashion Advice & even walked me to his recommended items! Great Guy i highly recommend this store will be doing business again certainly

High school graduate is the requirement. Enough said! They are dumb and uneducated. They talk about the customers while socializing amongst themselves. It was very sad and unprofessional to witness this behavior. AVOID

Let me start off on a positive and say the store has been renovated beautifully and I was anticipating a great shopping experience, this is what the 2 stars are for.I went in to return a few items and decided to tackle that before i shopped. I know working in customer service we tend to see a lot of questionable things, but there’s a way to handle situations. The girl at the register was very rude and unapproachable. I proceeded with taking out my items for return (all unworn and with tags.) She seemed to already have a chip on her shoulder. She picked up the first item (which I didn’t even try on) looked at me and asked me if I wore the clothes. I told her no and she looked at me and with an attitude asked me if I’m sure! I firmly said no and kept silent throughout the rest of the transaction. I’m not a confrontational person, but her behavior was completely unwarranted and very disrespectful. Her behavior turned me off and I decided not to buy anything from this location. As I was exiting the store I decided to speak to a manager because her behavior really bothered me. I addressed the situation with him and he was apologetic. I don’t know if he spoke to her about it, but I sure hope he did. I love express and have been a customer for years, but with employees like her I wouldn’t want to give them a penny of my money.

Not helpful. Store was empty. One person helped me find a size. Had to use a bathroom bad. They said they don’t have.. really? Too bad was ready to do some serious shopping.

Chris helped me with getting a suit combination organized for my business meeting in Brooklyn. He also discounted my items as much as he possibly could. If you are a person who likes to create their own outfits go to the clearance express store in the basement and Chris is your guy to go too ?

This is the original Express store at the Roosevelt field mall. I'm not sure when they opened another location at the lower level but they're calling that Express Clearance. Last time I went to the original location, I needed to buy a cologne. Asked around and found only 1 that was available. The tester was empty as well. I didn't bother getting it. If I thought about it earlier or had more time I would've gone to the Express Clearance. I remember seeing lots of cologne there a while ago.

I love coming to this location. I’m so glad they got a refresh in as the new store looks gorgeous. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

As soon as I entered the store I was amazed with the variety of clothing and accessories they have. The best part was the clearance and great pricing scheme. In addition, they gave a $5 discount just by signing up for their rewards by using the email and phone number only. The only thing that I would like to suggest is the location as it was very far from the prime location. I would definitely recommend this if you are around the area. It is located at Lower Level.
