My experience with Ethan Allen was nothing short of outstanding. Alicia K. was extremely accommodating in helping me select my living room sofa set. Her help with style, dimensions, and custom color/fabric selection made my whole experience relaxed and enjoyable! She has a keen eye for detail and her interior design expertise was very much appreciated. I felt very fortunate to be connected to her as she was not a salesperson (typical at many furniture stores) but rather an interior design expert. I could not be more thrilled with the selection, as we’ve been looking for a formal living room sofa set for years and Ethan Allen offers the best collections. Many of the options at other furniture stores failed to deliver what we were looking for. Quality, style, and comfort is unbeatable at Ethan Allen. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Purchased a king size bed and was so happy to share pictures with my coworkers. They all uh-aw about it and made comments about Ethan Allen being an High End store. Well, If it’s then my purchase isn’t standing up to the test. It’s cheaply constructed, the wood is fading and chipping, the headboard is also fading… which is sad because I spent a good Penny for it.. believe me it came pricey . I didn’t mind because I felt that I would last for years and hold its own but I was wrong.. The store hides behind its name.. poor quality high prices..

Very professional from start to finish!!! Annie was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. She worked with my husband and me for almost 3 hours as we ordered our forever bedroom set. Estimated that furniture would be ready in 8 to 12 weeks. So on point...Renee notified us in 8 weeks that set was ready to be delivered! Renee was very understanding and flexible as we had to change the delivery date few times. On the day of delivery, the guys covered our floors and wrapped each piece before carefully carried up the stairs. The set exceeded our expectations! Superb quality, well made and absolutely beautiful!!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for exquisite quality furniture. You will get what you pay for and more. Thank you Ethan Allen!!!

I received yet another call from Ethan Allen of Garden City that my dinning room furniture will be once again delayed until after May 30th! I have said several times that I do not want partial delivery of a table and 2 chairs. What dinner can I have with only 2 chairs nor am I interested in having the missing chairs be filled in with mismatch chairs. If I wanted a dining room set with mismatched chairs I would have purchased that. It is now the end of another month and to be told that it’s now again delayed for another month is ridiculous. For a huge and prestigious company like Ethan Allen to have customers waiting for months for delivery of chairs is not only unacceptable but unbelievable or is it only certain customers that have to wait longer than others. I chose a company that I believed was reputable and produced quality furniture but after my first experience with Ethan Allen I will never do much as purchase a candle stick holder let alone anything else. After spending over 30 thousand dollars in furniture and then have to wait months for chairs is ridiculous for a company of this caliber. Then to be told that it because the furniture is customed made is the reason for the delay when I know that other furniture stores that also do custom made orders are shipping their orders on time is also insulting because I know that’s also not true so what else are you lying to me about. My Easter plans were ruined because of my delayed furniture and now I also will not be able to enjoy my Mother’s Day in my new home with my family and friends. Yet again. This whole experience has just been a nightmare and I will let every friend, family member, coworker, church member or organization that I am involved in as well as all social media platforms available to me know of my experience with Ethan Allen. I will also let everyone know not to purchase any dining room furniture from Ethan Allen unless they are willing to wait 4 or more months or simply not even know when their furniture will be delivered because I do not want anyone to have to experience what I am going through.

Delivery with dirty hands. White sectional stained! You would think a white 10,000. Sectional would be delivered with gloves? Waited months for it, refused it, don’t want it now!Update: Spoke with Dawn today. The sectional was put back in the truck unboxed therefore I requested a full refund. Dawn (the manager) said she can’t do that? Now I’m waiting for a call from Gina(another manager?) They don’t want the sectional back yet can’t understand why I don’t want it after it was transported unboxed. I didn’t want a clearance item….and I still don’t.I will post ALL security camera footage as soon as it downloads.This is not the Ethan Allen I ordered from in the past. Buyer beware.

I waited months for my sectional. It was refused upon delivery today because the delivery person stained the WHITE sectional with his dirty hands. They advertise white glove experience, this was the furthest thing from that. Unboxed in the street, no gloves, stained, and then asked if I was keeping the other parts of the sectional??????I am waiting to hear from them to see how they will improve my Ethan Allen experience. I will update this review then. Extremely stressful delivery….that’s why I don’t recommend them…
