This place has potential but everything I had was flavorless, watered down, and bad quality. And it was really expensive. Didn’t have a certain topping or offer a replacement.

I've been buying meal preps from this location for about 2 years now. I've always loved the recipes and flavors the meal preps offer.., but as of lately the quality of the food isn't the same. It seems they have gotten a bit stingy with the meat.This meal specifically is a low carb meal, so you can expect a lot of veggies. But it's mostly batter, veggies and a very small amount of meat.When you're paying $10-13 for a meal- you expect a little more. But, I'll still buy more meal preps, it's just something for them to be mindful of.My favorite are the overnight oats!! They are the best ever.

I ordered some of the ready made meal plans for a week and they were actually quite good. I was worried “healthy” meals would be bland but they had flavor and it’s nice to not feel guilt after eating them

The best supplement store on Long Island. I can’t say enough on how amazing the food/shakes are. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful too!

I just had a banana smoothie from this location and I must say that I am impressed! Great selection of sports nutrition products and great customer service from the employees. I highly recommend this store. Make sure to ask for Debbie when you arrive!

Worker are always very friendly and food is always consistent. Chocolate cupcake energy bites are the perfect macro friendly pre workout snack. Love this place
