Tried to buy a bat. Tried. Online showed the one we wanted was in stock, only to show up and sure enough, not in stock. We picked out a different one, waited on line, and upon inspection of the bat, realized it was chipped, and scuffed, clearly used. Guy at the register said he could discount it 20% which was nice, but then I couldn't return it. No thanks I'll purchase elsewhere.

I called the Garden City location to inquire whether they had an item in stock. (This was a $160 basketball item). After waiting for several minutes, a representative finally picked up. He informed me that I needed to be transferred to a specific department, and instead of being transferred, I was hung up on. Thinking it was an understandable mistake, I called back 3 more times and after waiting an extensive period of time, no one even bothered to answer the call, they simply picked up and immediately hung up on me. I ultimately decided to give my business to Amazon. This was by far the worst telephone customer service experience I have encountered. If this was a marketing ploy to get "feet in the store", it failed. Don't let the high end areas fool you into thinking you will receive quality service.

I wish I could give the store no stars. I bought catcher's equipment for my son that cost $300. I ordered it online to pick up at the store the same day, 2 hours after I ordered it. I pick up the box and bring it home then I open it and the equipment has clearly been used for years. What kind of a business is this? How could you possibly accept something like this which was obviously returned and then resell it? I am absolutely speechless.

I purchased a treadmill from the Dick’s at Roosevelt Field Mall and I paid over a thousand dollars, $1200 with delivery and set up. I was told by the condescending salesperson that it would be delivered in two days. It’s been six days since I purchased it, and no sight of my treadmill. Terrible that customers get treated like this, especially when spending a lot of money.

Very nice store nice people nice customer service but there is only one a****** Chris I requested a garbage bag in a heavy rain because I bought iPad and I want it that the iPad not damaged because of the water because of the rain but he rejected and then I requested for a small bag still he rejected

Just went in and had a terrible customer service experience with a floor staffer. Extremely grouchy and off putting. I replaced an item I was looking at and she complained under her breath referencing I hadn’t returned the item to where it should have been (it was already missing-shelved). She
made it very uninviting to shop here.

I went to get a Threewood and a was shopping around when I found the one that I wanted a stealth two. I asked the older guy working at the golf area to try it in one of the bays but he denied me not even letting me speak and he came up with lame excuses like “It’s too big for you” and Dismissed me. Meanwhile, my driver and other clubs are the same length. Thankfully, I came back later that day to a great employee who helped and actually let me try the club, and ended up purchasing the club.

The place is huge and has multiple brands to shop from. Not many employees on the floor to help. Lines can get long during weekends. They should perhaps have more checkout lanes available. Parking is available.

The majority of my reviews are all about service company like this? I can't comment on product. I'm not buying a product from this company itself. They come from all over the place. I had to get my hunting tags reprinted this year I called the store and the woman who answered the phone was very friendly, even joked with me and answered my question so I proceeded to the store to get my tag reprinted Didn't know how to reprint them, so we probably called someone to help and the woman who answered the phone showed up to reprint my Twitch promptly quickly with the same humor, which I enjoyed Trans took 10 minutes cause $15 and I was well on my way. Good job.

The male employee Gabriel has a nasty attitude and is rude, gave my mom a hard time when checking out. I recommend you go there when Gabriel isn’t there if you’d like a pleasant time shopping.
