“Been couple years since I've been to Old Westbury and wanted to stop by this shopping center. This Nordstrom rack is rather large, and has sizable selection of women's and men clothing. Shoe selection none too shabby ;) Yes, the shoes are a bit pricier than some would like to pay. Median price approx $59-79, but a lot that I liked where $69-100. Not exactly a steal for it being an outlet, but perhaps less expensive than the main Nordstroms. Had some nice minimalist sweaters averaging from $20 up to $100.00 so if that's your style, you will find something here. Good environment and respectful customers.”

Olivier E Henry.This is the 2nd time he has assisted me. He is a sales person in Womens shoes. I had to return 4 pairs of shoes I ordered, 1 pair was not easily found on my Macys charge. He patiently took the time to instruct me how to find it. We should have more sales people that patient and understanding.I truly appreciate this!”

“Used to be a better store. However lately, they don't have a big selection on sizes. Every piece of clothing for sale ranges from small to X Large. Except for the older stock on Sale the're trying to sell.”
“The workers at this location are friendly. I met a Manager who was very helpful in assisting me to locate a specific item. The customers are very untidy. Whenever the store is organized they pull the clothes off the rack and have them strewn all over. Overall you can find real household deals here if you have the time to browse.”

“1st time shopping here and was well attended by an associate (Logan L.) from Sunglasses & Eyewear. The customer service provided by the associate swayed me to sign up to become a loyalist. Logan has exceptional tact. I only visited Bloomingdale's because no other store had what I wanted in stock. Logan took the time to find exactly what I wanted even though the item wasn't on display. I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment I received.”
