“I saw a negative review of Refurbees and I can't believe that person is talking about the same Refurbees I have been dealing with for a number of years! I've lost track of how many computers (both desktop and laptop) I have purchased from them. I know it's more than half a dozen. I have never had a problem. The systems were always what the were supposed to be and came with everything they were supposed to come with including a legit 'refurbished' license from Microsoft. My most recent purchase was for someone in a different state and they even called me before filling the order because of the different ship to address. Don't know when I will next be in the market for a computer but when I do, you can be sure I will be ordering it from Refurbees! Recommend them 110%!”

Parking was plentiful in front of the mall, and the store was easy to locate using the map at every entrance. I would recommend calling in advance to schedule an appointment with the technical support team. During my visit, I had to wait about 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment, but it was well worth it.I was assisted by a representative named Moe, who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He spent almost two hours helping me resolve my hacked phone issue, going above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. Moe was patient and answered all of my questions, making sure I understood everything before I left.The store offers a wide range of products for sale, including phones, gadgets, earphones, and chargers. I also appreciated the option to charge my phone while waiting at a table inside the store. If you prefer to step out, there are coffee shops and cafeterias nearby within the mall.Additionally, there is a playground within the mall where kids can play, making it convenient if you have children with you. The hallway between the stores also has comfortable seats where you can relax. Inside the store, there are wooden chairs and desks for one-on-one work or group discussions with other customers and agents.Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at the Apple Store in Roosevelt Field Mall. I even mentioned to the floor manager Nicole on my way out how helpful Moe was. If you have any iPhone problems, I highly recommend visiting this store.”
