Kathryn went above and beyond in helping me open a business checking account. She was so patient, friendly, and kind throughout the whole process. She wanted to ensure everything was in order and correct right from the start so I wouldn’t encounter any issues in the future. WOW! Kathryn was the most helpful, nicest, and wonderful person to help with my needs. I visited this branch to send a wire transfer and she took every precaution to make sure everything went through safely and securely. Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service. She is pleasant, nice and amazingly thorough and her attention to detail with my situation was just amazing. This was certainly the best customer service I have ever received in my entire life. Thank you Kathryn!!The manager at this bank is also incredible and extremely helpful. I was even permitted to enter the bank early in order to get to work on my needs. He was keen on helping me and looking out for my security as well, making sure that everything went well. Just amazing customer service.Overall 10/10!
