I just visited your branch. When I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Cat!! The customer service that she provided for today was exceptional and I hope that she will continue to grow in this company.

Would have been given a half star. These guys were hopelessly incompetent. Too many turnovers? I have been with Chase for decades and just moved to the area. Now i would have to make a change.

Just moved in the area and went to this Chase bank since it’s the closest. I was very impressed with the professional environment they had compared to other Chase branches. Ilnive at the counter was very helpful and welcoming.

I used to have Chase bank and had a question regarding a past account that I had. Orvyne (I apologize because I probably spelled her name incorrectly) was so, so, so helpful to me! I liked her the moment that I saw her. She is warm, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am currently banking with another bank, but look forward to returning back to Chase and will do so with her at this branch.

Very nice, clean branch. Very professional, courteous staff, especially Catherine (Katherine?). The bank was a little busy and Catherine was very kind and kept making sure I was okay and comfortable. Offered water. Apologetic for the wait. She was too kind. I really appreciated her hospitality. Best Chase bank branch I’ve ever been to!

best branch i ever been to. just met a young professional teller named jason i think, who helped me out with change. fulfilled all my change needs within a minute, extremely courteous professional friendly, just a perfect experience, looks like regular teller but he should be the manager for sure, never met a more friendly banker before, thanks bud

This was the best Chase Bank. Not only have they been informative and very upfront with the small business loans and stimulus packages but they gave me great advice on opening up an account and assisted me in creating an investment account. I really appreciated how on my last visit the entire staff was wearing gloves and masks. There are many reasons to not take this virus seriously but regardless of how you feel people are dying. It's important that everyone especially workers are protected. They also have families and lives. I really respected how Chase went out of their way to make sure all the staff members or provided for. I highly recommend this location.
