Called in advance to make sure they had the sneakers I wanted in my size. They held it for 1 hour. I went straight to the register and checked out. Great customer service.

Very upset.less to stay I was waiting a HOUR AND HALF going on two hours for one shoe. I understand it’s busy. But communication is the key. the girl could’ve just told me “hey I can’t find the shoe or hey we don’t have the shoe” but nope I had to ask another worker to checkup and that’s when I got the answer “they can’t find the shoe”. Mind you they had to shoe on display. I even told the girl I would’ve took in the one on display but they couldn’t find that one either. Left very upset.

Managers Chris , Carlos and Danny back door every popular release. The resellers line up and get the goods leaving regular customers to find product elsewhere so they can get extra money from resellers. Not cool. I'll continue to go to foot locker where the sneakers are actually on the shelf. Even though they under the same umbrella they do better by they customers

This review is for 9/26/22. Went to go get some sneakers for my son and it took 15 min for someone to help then it took them 25 min to look for a size 8 In toddlers. Afterwards I was told the only size 8 was saved for a manager who’s on a week vacation

BASIC! selling overpriced mass produced "streetwear" no different from footlocker and finish line. And their reps are horrible. No social/sales skills.

Cashiers need to stay off of their personal phones.... At least 10 people are waiting on line to pay for their items and cashiers aren't paying attention... "next customer", with an attitude.
