Location: 791 Stewart Ave in Garden City, NY.
Talk about doing bare minimum and being careless. All this location cares is about $$$. There’s no quality work.
This is the place for you if you like your vehicle partially washed and ridiculous pricing!!!
They are always short-staffed which makes it challenging to even get a descent exterior wash. Yeah, $20 for exterior only, no tire shine and half the car was still wet - top and both bumpers wet. Then they turn around looking for tips… smh
I had to ask for a rag to finish drying my vehicle, and pay an extra $7 for tire-shine aka ArmorAll even though I had asked for shine when I checked in. Guessing there’s a language barrier at the point of entry, or it confirms my earlier statement about this location and $$$.
I could have gotten a full wash (interior/exterior) clean for I believe $33. Biggest issue is why charge extra if your SERVICES do not align with your fees!
That’s a NO from me, will drive a little further to get better service.

They get one star for washing my car! They get zero for stealing a $$75 box of salmon out my car. I went to have my car washed on the outside and front. The Spanish lady on back with black hair along with another detailed my car- she said “ oh wow you cooking a lot. I had just came from restaurant depot. They detailed for a not 10 minutes before putting it up to wash. Fine. I drive home from car wash and my box of salmon is missing from my car. I called and this guy who sounds Indian asks some guys (no) then some women(no) then says no one saw it. And that he checked camera! That’s a lie ! He went asking while I’m on phone with him and then told me no one saw- not one time did he go to a camera just two ppl! Funny! This happened 11/19/23 ! I’m glad I know now they have thieves and ppl that are so desperate that they need to steal food from a customers car! I will never go here again and warn anyone to watch their car from here on out because the manager could less when your property is stolen from your car! It’s not the business but the employees but the owner shows no concern for customers! Disgusting!!!!!! God will judge!

They are thorough, detailed and relatively quick and reasonably priced.
I have 2 kids so the car is a mess to deal with. It was worth every penny. I got the Red Carpet deal.

Dont fall for the 24 hour rain "protection " VIP...had a 30 dollar SUV car wash Tuesday midday. Later that night and all of Wednesday rained. When I drove by car wash Wed later in day when sun came out the place was closed. I showed up Thur morn for my exterior "rain"wash and manager stated.."you have to come in 24 hours". I explained I did come by but place was closed. He said "oh wel its now 48 hours". I explained my story but to no avail. If you go to this pretty pricey place make sure the weather outlook is sun for a few days.

Another bad review:Was coming to Bolla for quite come time until I noticed the quality in service started to decline - not sure if the equipment was getting old, new owners or the employees just stopped caring. First, I noticed at the start of the wash, where the guy or girl power wash some areas of your car; it was rushed, half of the car was kind of ignored. When my car came out, it was still dirty (dirt on the hood and bumpers), the workers did a quick dry, ignored the bird poop, dirt and cup holders. I asked to borrow a rag to wipe off the dirt and poop and noticed small soap spots were still on my car. I know what you're thinking, maybe this was a one time thing - nope - I decided to give Bolla a few more chances! Every single time - the same problems (dirt, poop, soap stains, cup holders ignored). During my last visit, I complained to the manager, showed him the dirt that was still on my car. I didn't even want a refund, just brought to his attention the awful cleaning job. To make matters worse, one of the workers broke my WeatherTech floor mat, instead of unhooking the mat from the car floor, he yanked it out, breaking the clip, then didn't tell me about it until I drove off. I only noticed it because the mat was moving around and wasn't clipping back into place. I'm done with this place, haven't returned since and will never return. I only leave negative reviews after a few visits. If some days are better than others, I won't leave anything, if it's always the same problem and nothing improves, that's when I leave the negative review - hopefully Bolla improves, unfortunately I don't see it happening since the negative reviews date back 5 years.

They do not listen to what you say, and do whatever they want. They do everything at 25% even if your watching they just don't care. 10/10 would not recommend.

Do you like you car partially washed? Well this is the place for you. I loved how they managed to leave my car exactly as filthy as it was before. Who needs shiny, clean vehicles anyway? Their commitment to preserving the essence of grime is truly admirable.

This is the best car wash around if you are not getting your car detailed by hand. They are very efficient and do a great job. Just like any other service industry, when they get to know you, and if you let them know what you like and do not like, they adapt very well. Great service.
