1st time shopping here and was well attended by an associate (Logan L.) from Sunglasses & Eyewear. The customer service provided by the associate swayed me to sign up to become a loyalist. Logan has exceptional tact. I only visited Bloomingdale's because no other store had what I wanted in stock. Logan took the time to find exactly what I wanted even though the item wasn't on display. I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment I received.

Omg if I could give ZERO STARS I would. I went to bloomindales in roosevelt field ny to exchange a gift my son got me for mothers day, to only be treated like a theft and peasant. I had the receipt code which they now use. The sales lady didn't really want to assist because I was down and not of her color. She proceeded to tell me the item wasn't in the store and said if I exchange the item I had to pay a $100 fee bcuz my son got a reward card for the purchase. When I told her she was treating me different she gets her manager who is also of a different color. I call my son, who was a former employee and he advised them that the item was not purchased with an reward card and he knows that they are doing this to me because they want me to return the item and repurchase for a commission and not do the exchange. When my son hung up and told me to leave he will go back to the orginal store and take care of the matter, suddenly they advised me the item for exchange was in the store, Then they started questioning me as if i were a theft. I always heard about being treated differently, but never experience racism first hand. While I was being questioned, an employee of my color just shock her head and gestured for me to not deal with them. I left the store in tears because I couldn't believe what took place. I guess there are people who still feel black or brown people shouldn't be able to shop in certain places. #DISCUSTED#

Came here Saturday the day before Mothers day to buy my mom perfume. There were many people and offered service to help me best choose my perfume. So I decided to buy the Chanel perfume and I had some rewards which they were having technical difficulties pulling it up and it took forever for them to get my rewards and everything. I was waiting patiently and it took about a good 10-15 for them to get my rewards and pay for the item and I didnt even get samples. Like when you make $200 arent you supposed to get samples? At macys they give awards for just smelling some perfumes and here I make a purchase with just thank you meanwhile people around me were getting samples. Rude. The city bloomingdales is way better

Giovanna in the men’s suit section was very helpful! She found the last suit jacket in my fiancés size, and gave us important information about their in store tailor. She was also very kind and attentive!

Poor management at this particular store definitely wouldn’t go back. Very poor customer service!!!!I ordered a bag online today that was supposed to be same-day. Pick up at 2 pm in the afternoon. When I got to the store at 7:10 pm the order was still being processed. I asked to speak to the Store manager Michael but apparently he had no idea where his staff was. He believes they stopped processing orders at 6. I Wonder if it’s a union job? When I called Customer Service to complain, I was told that it must’ve been a misunderstanding. The order will take 5 to 6 business days. I told him I snapshot a picture of my receipt. It doesn’t say five or six business days. I would not recommend placing orders online, especially if you want some that day, very poor service very disappointing
