  Went into the bank to correct a technical glitch on my account and reps Ryell Walker and Joanne Lawrence-De Matas spent quite a bit of their morning helping me correct this technical mistake from 3 years ago. They were professional and patient, and never made me feel like I was being an inconvenience. Thank you guys.
