Fantastic experience. The communication to coordinate meds between the doctor and pharmacy was quick and stress free. Their transparency through the whole process was refreshing. In an industry that can be so impersonal, I felt each member of the Americare team took time to address all of my individual needs and concerns. I would use them anytime and every time! Highly recommend this company!

Worst experience with America Pharmaceutical! My husband who is disabled was suffering for months with a terrible bacterial infection, he finally needed surgery and Good Sam recommended this company as his home care IV provider, from start to finish a terrible experience, now they are billing him for services that where not even necessary, there is no communication between them and the doctor, and all they do is threaten to put you in collections! Imagine almost having to have your leg removed from a serious infection and dealing with these inconsiderate people, use Catholic Charities home health care, that is my recommendation

Expensive but terrible service. Every week this company suppose to send a nurse come to my home to do the blood test for my husband. Today I got a phone call from this company key employee name Thomas who supposedly comes to my home tomorrow to do the blood test job. He called my husband at first but my husband was in a zoom meeting so he called me. Below it is what I heard from this nurse Thomson when I answered the phone. "Hello this is Tom. Is there any reason RC ( my husband) not picking up his phone. Tell him I will be there between 10:30 and 11:30 am". This is the guy who is in charge the nurse service. Tell me how professional he is.

The owner of this unprofessional pharmacy, Tom, is a pitiful excuse for a manager hiring incompetent empty-headed pharmacists who don't know what they are doing and certainly don't know how to speak to customers. There business is sketchy and so are their business practices. If You want to feel safe about what You are putting in Your body, then avoid this hack pharmacy at all costs, Your life may depend on it. After using them two times, with each time being a nightmare experience, I'll NEVER use them again out of fear of their complete incompetence.

Beware! Pay attention to everything you are told by this company or you will pay an exorbitant amount of money for chemotherapy drugs your health insurance doesn't cover. They'll make it sound like reimbursement is a sure thing so you'll pay upfront for the drugs and the next thing you know, you're stuck with the bill.

Worst Customer services. Difficulty scheduling. Do not use them unless you want to spend extra nights in the hospital because they cannot schedule needed services or give you full infomation about them.

Completely incompetent and antibiotics arrived damage. Do not use them. To protect my privacy as a medical patient, I am not using my name and they know that re: HIPPA laws so their reply below is bogus. They are completely incompetent, rude, and should not be trusted with medicine of any kind.
