I never make reviews but I just needed to say Was at the store earlier this week and the customer service in this place is absolutely amazing!!, all the girls here are sweethearts. 2 very nice girls helped us out I don’t remember their names but one of them had red hair in braids and the other had glasses I believe her name was Pam. They were super nice and smiley all the time looked like they genuinely wanted to help and made the experience so much easier as we were looking for graduation dresses! Amazing gorgeous store would recommend coming here!

I've been here a few times and all has been well. However today (11/30/23) I came in around 3pm and both girls working were very unfriendly, unhelpful and unwelcoming when I came to return something. I was ignored by the first person at the counter while she finished up a text on her phone, and then didn't even bother to tell me she was helping another lady first, just waited for the other lady to return in silence. weird but ok? Then the second lady came, we asked a question or two about the return I was doing and she was SO COLD . My husband asked where we can throw out the bag we had the returns in sort of loudly, she definitely heard us but ignored us.. very disappointed. Not sure if I'll be back. Upon leaving my husband said "wow they must not treat/pay their employees very well for them being so miserable".

Such a cute little store with great vibes and ambience! Their sales are really good and lovely selection. The sales associate was so nice to tell me about the ongoing deals! Will be coming here again!

The guest lead was nothing less than perfect she had a charming personality and was outstanding with the customer service helped me find everything I needed. I think her name was Jenna or Gina not sure but she was very attractive and her hard work should not go unnoticed. I am very happy will be coming back
