I rarely leave reviews but doing it as I don’t find many businesses like this. I had a complex issue with car and Jim made sure it was resolved in a satisfactory manner by pulling in additional resources he has access to. Jim is also very honest and takes pride in ensuring customer satisfaction. I trust Garden City garage with any auto repair!! R.S.

I left my car at Garden City's Garage to exchange motor oil, and something happened to my car after that. No motor oil change just because they thought it's not necessary, a window at driver's seat was completely fell apart, and my spare tire is gone... I assume they tried to use my window for other customer, stole my tire, plus received profits by regular checkup. After I sent an email to Adelphi regarding this incident, they didn't charge me for re-placing my window, but threatened me to never come back. If you're reading this review, trust me and never go there.

This is flat out the BEST car repair shop in the area! I have been using Garden City Garage for over 25 years and have NEVER been disappointed!Just Outstanding Service with unquestionable integrity! Really good people here! Glen and Jim always give me the repair news straight. And, on top of their excellent expertise, their prices are even lower than the dealers. I won't allow my cars (Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen,etc) to be repaired or serviced anywhere else! I have never been disappointed with their work. A wonderful repair place!UNEQUIVOCALLY RECOMMEND!

The owner Jim and his mechanic made me feel like family. And a good price for top notch repairs. ?Update: on 1/22 couldn’t get my Texas truck’s heater to work. Jim and his crew fixed it quickly! Just the best work and customer service! I’m so grateful ?
