The crew at the Garden City Park UPS is the best and friendliest crew! They're always super nice and helpful. We went to another local UPS recently and it was just not the same. So this will be out go-to UPS store.

The UPS store in Garden City Park is the place to go for any of your shipping, printing, packing supplies and any and all services you might need that they offer.
Every customer service representative at this location is extremely friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about all of their services and how to make it easier for you depending upon your needs.
There’s always a thank you for coming in and when you leave thank you for doing business with us.
And when it comes to “customer service” it’s almost as if they wrote the book!

my neighborhood ups store runs like clockwork. Even at holiday time they know what they are doing and the lines move like a bullet train. Everyone is friendly and helpful and tries to work with your price range. They have a notary too. Very efficient very quick and done well. If you stink with technology as I do they will walk you through it . They are patient And also do old picture restoration.The Garden City Park store on Jericho is the best one in the area. They are all good but GCP is like a well oiled machine.

Not only a convenient location, but the staff is extremely efficient! As soon as a line forms, they stop whatever they were doing and open a station! Oh, and very friendly too!

I am absolutley disapointed and mad because of my situatiuon. I came to return my amazon order and I didn't have the box so I didn't get to return my item. So, I went back again to UPS with a box this time but the guy who was scanning my items the last time forgot to cancel my return requesting thing. So, I had to go to Amazon coustumer service, which was a complete waste of time to get a new QR code. They told me they sent me a new QR code and I went back to return it. AGAIN since my package was expensive and HEAVY. And the code still didn't work. So I had to go to Amazon support again and get another QR code. So far I had to go to UPS 4 times. It wasted my time and I had to go to custumer service and go back to UPS as a cycle just because of the guy who didn't cancel my return thing. I know this is not much of Amazon or UPS's fault but I am disapointed of the guy who scanned my items and forgot to cancel.

This is my ups store of choice because they are always nice and polite,I have never had an issue or had to stand on along line,parking is always available and it's very convenient, the ups team inside make up a great staff keep it up,Happy holidays
