Led by the owner Vinnie who helped us RAI offers service and options and expertise and installation that is unsurpassed. Vinnie’s family has been in the business for many years and their experience and connections for the materials they offer shows. They may not be the cheapest but they are definitely the best value in the business and if there are any issues they stand behind everything. Can’t recommend RAI enough.

Violeta is fabulous! If you want to make a design decision for your home with a kind, knowledgeable, and confident person who understands your needs even though you have yet to meet officially, make an appointment to meet with Violeta. As if Violeta was not impressive enough, Anthony exemplifies that RAI Design is about a pleasant experience where the customer is heard and their needs are met. When we arrived to select the quartzite, Violeta had already shared the diagram with Anthony, and he immediately knew precisely which pieces were best suited to choose from and how to best template it. Thank you, RAI, for everything!

It had been my wish for years to finally have the kitchen of my dreams. Thanks to all the amazing people at RAI Design, my dream turned into a reality. I highly recommend them to any I come into contact with.I have also ordered tile from them for all my bathrooms, laundry room, dining room and the marble around my fireplace.

RAI is a top notch vendor. After completing multiple projects around the house I must say that RAI was the best to work with. Amanda helped with design ideas and we couldn’t be anymore happier with the outcome. I was recommended by my architect to visit Rai many years ago. It immediately became my go to spot for tiles and countertops and has been ever since.The selection is the largest I've seen in LI or NYC. What really sets them apart even more so is that their stone yard / warehouse (just down the block) is where you can view and pick the actual slab for your countertops. When you're dealing with variations in natural stone that can occur from slab to slab this is a invaluable experience.The installation process is also as smooth as possible with them. I have had numerous countertops installed by them and every single time they came out perfect.There really isn't a better place to go if you're looking for the best selection and the best installers!

Had the pleasure of meeting Vincenzo during my visit first I would like to say the show room the staff and overall ambiance was warm, welcoming and professional during my visit I was looking for a very old ceramic tile real old and even though I didnt find what i was looking for there Vince help me find something very similar nearby and provided me some ideas and info on getting the work I needed done will definitely use them for future projects.

RAI simply put is the best. They do fantastic work, the stone slabs are gorgeous, process is timely and smooth. Anthony and Jose were excellent, experienced and love what they do. The best part of my kitchen remodel was working with RAI.

A friend suggested I stop by Rai Design for bathroom tiles. Upon entering the store I was over whelmed by the selection of items they had. Everything beautifully displayed.I met Mary Jane, who was terrific. She Immediately understood what i was looking for. She assisted in all of the details and provided wonderful ideas.Through the entire process of selection, ordering and timely delivery she was right there to help.My tiles are outstanding thanks to Mary Jane and her patience with me.

MJ helped us revamp our kitchen. We loved our cabinets and countertops, but the floor was shot and we never installed a backsplash. She helped us coordinate new large format tiles and a backsplash to match what we were dead set on keeping, perfectly! We could not be happier!
